I love your show!! I subscribed not long ago. I love your recipes, definitely alot of things I can prepare and make ahead of time with another baby on the way. :) Also I saw that someone commented that they were allergic to chocolate. Carob is a chocolate substitute that can be found at health food stores or online. It tastes pretty good.

:) Yes, I teach these recipes in my cooking class. I've been teaching for the past 6 years now. I often get notes from students who've gone on to prepare my items at their home. I'm always willing to fess up my recipes, if someone wants to do a video response when they cook one of my recipes. Someone asked the other day, but haven't heard back from them. Yes, Rum and Cherries go great together, especially when there's chocolate involved. Love You!
