MLM requires more sales people because the products/services are sold via independent distributors vs. buying shelf space at the store and shipping with trucks, etc. More people get a piece of the pie. Work like an animal? Yes. This isn't a free lunch...it's a business and it requires money to start a business. Fortunately it's one of the only businesses you can start and maintain for a small overhead. I only sell to people who want what I have. You don't need to recruit although it helps.

This guy is a joke. I served eight years in the Marines and retired at 25 with a network marketing company. When I broke it down I saw it came down to hard work. That's where I started, minimum wage was 5.00 then, I'm part owner of a restaurant (1/3 share), now I make much more but I did it through hard work, saving and investing and patience NOT trying to sucker people into a scam. I'm not rich I do ok, BUT I did once get suckered for $250.00 by one of these scams by my own cousin. He signed a few people up (mostly relatives), then he realized it was a bunch of crap and got a real job.
Good video. MLM doesn't work, in that the product is not the focus of consumer spending, but signing people up is. There is no greater good generated for society as there would be with a legitimate product that has stood the test of the market. Legitimate products have to compete against others to get market share and this forces businesses to work efficiently and with the best interest of the consumer at heart, benefitting all of us.
While I'll agree this Man is not the most articulate. He does hit on some good points. More often than not, most people FAIL! in MLM. It is true most of these companies try to overrecruit. A smart MLM company would put a few leaders in each city. Recruit a specific # of people that can not only be successful,but also help the company be lucrative. There should also be a salary incentive with MLM. Over saturation is what you don't want. There is so much competition.

There are over 15 Million people working from home full time. If it was for MLM companies unemployment would of been FAR worse. MLM will help fix the economy.

The reason a lot of people don't make money in network marketing, is because they think they don't have to work for it. If network marketing were easy, there would be no money in it. By the time u figure out U can't make money its too late. For example there is a company selling a natural energy drink. Wholesale its $3.20 a can when u buy a 24 pack. That is including shipping. wow I went to Chamber of commerce parties/meeting, state fair, outdoor events, and months in a shopping mall thru a company I worked for promoting this drink. I got people interested. When I told them the price. Nooo is all I heard. Some bought but, very few. Ask your self. Is this product over priced
1st I want to say great video. There are a lot of points I could make here but, here is a few. MLM is not a scam. A scam is when person A tells person B buy my product online. Person B pays and never receive the product. The MLM companies tell you exactly how things work. People get hung on the possibility of make money when the chances are slim to none. Most of the time(every time) the products are over priced to fund the scheme. So its hard to sell a over priced product.
I agree, signing people up for the sake of signing them up... a pyramyd scheme for sure. I'm a little confused though... I sell Shaklee products, you don't have to sign up at all to buy products from me, but if you do ($19.95) you can save money on products...I make my money selling Shaklee products by the way of markup, just like a normal business.. When I order products from Shaklee.. Shaklee gives me a percentage of that money back for ordering from them... I think that is amazing,
MLM can be done it just takes the right strategies to grow your business the right way.

MLM requires more sales people because the products/services are sold via independent distributors vs. buying shelf space at the store and shipping with trucks, etc. More people get a piece of the pie. Work like an animal? Yes. This isn't a free lunch...it's a business and it requires money to start a business. Fortunately it's one of the only businesses you can start and maintain for a small overhead. I only sell to people who want what I have. You don't need to recruit although it helps.

That's where I started, minimum wage was 5.00 then, I'm part owner of a restaurant (1/3 share), now I make much more but I did it through hard work, saving and investing and patience NOT trying to sucker people into a scam. I'm not rich I do ok, BUT I did once get suckered for $250.00 by one of these scams by my own cousin. He signed a few people up (mostly relatives), then he realized it was a bunch of crap and got a real job.

Good video. MLM doesn't work, in that the product is not the focus of consumer spending, but signing people up is. There is no greater good generated for society as there would be with a legitimate product that has stood the test of the market. Legitimate products have to compete against others to get market share and this forces businesses to work efficiently and with the best interest of the consumer at heart, benefitting all of us.

A smart MLM company would put a few leaders in each city. Recruit a specific # of people that can not only be successful,but also help the company be lucrative. There should also be a salary incentive with MLM. Over saturation is what you don't want. There is so much competition.

When you choose an MLM business you have to make sure that you belive in what it trades in order to be able to recomand to anybody... Price fixing is a major problem with MLM businesses. As each new distributor joins the business, they are provided with a list of products that they are required to sell, and you will be able to separate a legal MLM business from a dubious one simply by analyzing the costs of the products and services. Prices that are fixed, inflated and will not sell well to the general public are signs of a scam and not a good business opportunity.

That expiry date could be age 65, 75, 85 or even 95. The expiry date is the date beyond which you cannot renew a term insurance policy, regardless of health or financial capability. @palmerinalberto UH OH!!! Don't you wish you could convert to a permanent plan now? Yes, the premiums would be high, but you'd still come out on top because the Death Benefit would still be higher! The point is, being able to convert is better than not being able to convert. Having choice is better than having no choice.
BTW, the Child Rider and TIB suck b/c it's both more expensive AND provides less than INDUSTRY AVERAGE.

You have your homework wrong, if you actually do your research primerica has an A.M best rating of A+ which only 18% of insurance companies has, it only collects 2% of all premium collected on life insurance but it pays 6% of the dead benefits, i personally know a family that got pay by primerica life insurance and they were amaze by the speed and simplicity of the payment

For your information, tool, Terminal Illness Benefit Rider is included in ALL policies, however Primericrap's TIB Rider sucks balls. An AVERAGE TIB rider provides 75% of Face Amount WITHOUT dollar amount restriction. NOT the case with Primericrap! Also, the fact that the child rider does not increase in price for additional children is also STANDARD, but Primericrap's is expensive AGAIN!

Primericrap's 30 yr term is guaranteed only for 20 of the 30 years (note: ALL other insurers guarantee the premiums for the full 30 years, douchebag). Also, Primericrap term is not convertible if the insured wants to extend his coverage beyond the term expiry date.
BUT THE REAL KICKER IS IT'S EXPENSIVE!!! Know why? B/c Primericrap is an inefficient pyramid.

@jiigiles85 I work at primerica and last week we replace a western reserve life from a family that were paying $330 dollars a month they got screwed by the agent and he was struggling to make the .payments, we offer him the same coverage for $250 less. He is gonna pay only 85 dollars.... So next time you are planing to make a comments you better know what you are talking about

By the time u figure out U can't make money its too late. For example there is a company selling a natural energy drink. Wholesale its $3.20 a can when u buy a 24 pack. That is including shipping. wow I went to Chamber of commerce parties/meeting, state fair, outdoor events, and months in a shopping mall thru a company I worked for promoting this drink. I got people interested. When I told them the price. Nooo is all I heard. Some bought but, very few. Ask your self. Is this product over priced

1st I want to say great video. There are a lot of points I could make here but, here is a few. MLM is not a scam. A scam is when person A tells person B buy my product online. Person B pays and never receive the product. The MLM companies tell you exactly how things work. People get hung on the possibility of make money when the chances are slim to none. Most of the time(every time) the products are over priced to fund the scheme. So its hard to sell a over priced product.

I agree, signing people up for the sake of signing them up... a pyramyd scheme for sure. I'm a little confused though... I sell Shaklee products, you don't have to sign up at all to buy products from me, but if you do ($19.95) you can save money on products...I make my money selling Shaklee products by the way of markup, just like a normal business.. When I order products from Shaklee.. Shaklee gives me a percentage of that money back for ordering from them... I think that is amazing,
