an example, if you have a car driving on a rainy day. your windscreen wipers go down, then raindrops still makes your windscreen wet until the wipers clears the windscreen on the way up. that never happens in your CRJ200. beacuse when you did put your wipers on the windscreen stayed clear no matter what hit it...
