i think he means by the dents in the lines that made that noise i just wish network rail didnt fix the lines and they all would still make that noise on all the lines i hate the lines being smooth liked all the old dented lines better

This isn't noisy you just have to get used to them i use them every day, old livery and interiors were much better though

These look very similar to the class 314's we have up in Scotland, and they sound like them too. 'Scuse my ignorance, but, are they the same model but with different numbers? Or made by the same company..?

They are basically the same but run on 3rd rail rather than overhead I think, hence thats why they start with 5 instead of 3.
