@chenowth5551 You should if you enjoy RTS games where base building isn't the main idea, I haven't got the game yet but I hear that it's more dispatch units to yourself rather than build up a huge base and build the units, if thats what you enjoy then any race is good, each have their own pros and cons, if you are a noob then I would recommend starting with space marines as they are the default race almost, the're pretty much super human and they are easy to play as (In dow1 anyways)

@chenowth5551 Orks are probably the most fun, Chaos is interesting but their story doesn't make sense, Space marines are pretty fun and have a vary strong campaign, IG are OK and have the best story, Eldar IDK, Tyranids sucked - didn't feel like how it should have and their story is just eating up everything.

you don't build buildings like factories and such. Some races can put up turrets or bunker/forward reinforcing point, but that's it. You do build units from your hq.
