I feel Shraddha is not the one to be blammed completely. Yes, she shouldnt have used the sort of language but still, she was provoked. Thats what even Mahek herself admitted in the episode later. And no words for Pooja Bedi, she has some real maniac problem of correcting everyone, but in hers and Shaktis case, I found her justified. I hope Shraddha stays. :-)
