  • Aaron North.

  • master aaron north seeee toca la guitarra como el diablo

  • I'm not exceptionally fluent in Spanish but AMEN brother!

  • what!

    josh frees?

  • good crowd, but in south america is better, Chilean people rules!

  • amazing crowd

gave me goose bumps...come back to toronto area trent..before you take a break :(

  • nice to see this again..

  • go belgium!

  • I was there..and christ..it was amazing..

  • oh hellosus!

  • Aaron where are you?? arghhhhhhh

  • I totally lust Aaron North

  • i'll give him some credit, but come on now, he's no robin finck.....

  • Aaron North is super amazing!!!!

  • i cant understand my the drummer doesnt play the normal recording drum beat

  • Because it's a pain in the ass? Sure, it's awesome, but the more awesome it is, the more of a chance it is that something will get messed up. I'd rather the drummer play a simpler beat and get it right than miss notes because it's excessively complicated...

  • (alex10819) Josh Freese would be able to without a doubt play the original drum track. I think he just felt like playing it the way he does.

  • He's not Dave Grohl, that's why.

  • fabulous

  • Trent, please post the head like a hole that comes after this - pretty please?

  • And i was there too! Just for that day to see NIN and Tool %)

  • on the same day? wow

  • and right after each other, Tool came after NIN to end Pukkelpop 2007 with a bang.

  • it was really a BANG indeed!

  • Yeah, I was there too. This was one of the most wicked gigs I had ever seen.

  • Yup! and after that (on august 22) i went to London to see Tool "solo" concert! Smashing!!!

  • Tool and NIN the same day, you would become crazy... Tool can be charging

  • i'm not that keen on festivals, but i bought a ticket specially for NIN. am i glad i did that... it was the best NIN performance i ever saw! just blew me away!

  • if i were there...i think my voice would have been hoarse from screaming 'TRENTTTTT OH M GOD TREEENNNTTTT' all night long.

can ya blame me? :D we all want him, right ladies?

  • I was there, one of the best NIN shows ever!

  • Indeed.. They blew Tool away!

Though the AB show before was better

  • im pretty surprised, i've got beside you in time and there doesnt seem to be many mosh pits.

  • Awesome! Sounds just as good as the recorded song!

    5 Stars

  • t and aaron kinda get me all ralled up

  • i got to see you guys five times in australia last year and was so happy when you came back to redo the sydney gigs as i got to see you on my birthday thanks so much you were fucking great wish you came to london while i was here

  • Couldn't be there at the time :\

  • I haven't been to a nails show recently, but judging from this performance alone it would have been a total rush to have been there. The bass, the drums, then entire crowd keeping the beat must have been totally epic. So much energy and I'm bummed that I haven't gone in awhile.

    I gotta get to it.

  • man their guitarist is all over the place in every live video...still kick ass tho :D

  • Depends on the acoustics of the place, I guess. NIN sounded good live when I went to see them, but for me nothing beats Underworld.

  • NIN is tied for first place (along-side Pearl Jam) as the best sounding performers live... although The Deftones were quite kick ass as well... But seriously, NIN live is unreal, the dipshit that made that comment about them not sounding good live has quite obviously never been to a show, nor does he listen to their music, so that alone renders his comment null and void and nobody should even care what he has to say.

  • Don't talk about my band like that, vascotwo.

    Like you could do better.

  • not though the greatest camera, but its also youtube, they are great live.

  • Fuck you.

  • So does your mom.

  • why won't it let me thumbs down vascotwo?

he has 13 negatives, but deserves so much more....

  • wow are you blind and or deaf or both? get a life asshole.

  • ahahah, thats why they're considered one of the greatest live bands ever

  • frickin awesome show

  • gives a little insight to what the musicians hear on stage...tougher than it looks.

  • Yeaaah! Love that sound!!!

  • Those crazy Belgins

  • I saw them live in Hammerstein Ballroom NYC, so great in a small venue.

  • I was there right up front at the fence.. one of those experiences that left you so satisfied that you could die right there on the spot without looking back! but I am still alive so I'll be telling my grand children all about it..

  • does any1 know if there's a video of when Trent threw & ( accidently ) hit Chris Vrenna on the head? poor dude had to go to the hospital for it .. i'd love to see it

  • He never talked poorly about the fragile! He just doesnt really enjoy doing alot of those songs live because it brings up bad times!

  • he did the frail and the wretched in nashville

  • Trent is a great musician, every album is jaw-dropping. It's too bad he speaks poorly about The Fragile, it's one of my favourite albums, not only from NIN but of all time.

  • And the only 1 with a Dr. Dre collaboration, I might add! No, really....look it up. Me luvz The Fraglie.

  • Agreed. The Fragile was a stunning album. I often listen to it.

  • This video makes me miss the old days, with the facepaint & flour madness :-(

  • I concur.

chris vrenna, danny lohner, robin finck, and charlie clouser. the good ol' days.

I can see why he stopped.

"hey look it's NIN, and they're covered in cornstarch.....again."

  • I was there!! Right up the front! never heard them before n made my way up the front for Tool. now NIN are one of my fav bands! amazin performance!

  • wow

josh freese, what a fuking fine man and beast!

  • I'm really wanting to go to a NIN show, I never have, but I worry that with sobriety and age, it won't quite be as hardcore as I want it to be.

In that crowd, for example, it looks kind of bland. I would walk out if someone didn't literally BLEED during March of the Pigs.

Does NIN live still have that kind of fire?

  • Listened to Year Zero?

  • The last time I saw NIN was in June of 2006 when they were touring for With Teeth and they were on fire, 100% energy the entire show.

  • that was probably only the beginning...

  • they;re still awesome.

  • i dunno, man. i find crowds these days in general to be a little subdued compared with the blood an'guts i saw growing up. i also really really want to see nin live and i don't care how old and sober i am (and sometimes i am) i will ROCK HARD and show the kiddies how it's done.

  • i didn't say i was going to punch anyone, idiot. i said i was gonna rock hard. dance. cut loose. that won't ruin the music, will it? i'm just not going to stand still like if i move and reveal that i'm digging the scene i'll lose my coolness. by blood n guts i just meant a certain raw expression that's lacking sometimes these days. gawsh, don't be so literal, amelia bedelia.

  • so cool

  • I'm in there somewhere, right in front of Jeordie (always my favourite place)

    It was fucking great.

  • Me too, did you go into the moshpit during march of the pigs?

  • knowing how to stay on top ,thats his art

  • :pthe festival itself was awesome but this was the best part. loved it, and it was cheap too. the festivalticket costed 130€ for 3 days and i was able to see the smashing pumpkins, tool, faal out boy, nine inch nails, within temptation, lacuna coil, gogol bordella, eagles of death metal and some other bands i forgot the name from:D

  • ... and you felt the need to tell us that you were able to see fall out boy...?

  • yeah:p, don't care if you don't like them

    say what i want anyways:D:D:D

  • as a matter of fact I don't... and yes, yes, yes of course you do honey!

...can't blame you... originality and uniqueness is hard to come by, we can't expect so much from everybody...

  • just throw yourself over the fences, and see everything for free.

then you are a good great fantastic hippie, and less irritating as you seem to be : ' a snob'

  • i thought that lacuna coil wasn't there!

    greets

  • fuck yeah!!!! come to venezuela MF!!! you know you want to! ;-) oh well people here don´t deserve it anyway... so fuck it... i´ll have to go to that piece of shit miami again... or maybe in europe someday... probably not... whatever... sucking on giant lemons...

  • nin forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That's fucking awesome! I wish I was up there with them!!

  • Man, I was in that moshpit (left front when you look from the stage) it was wicked.

  • Hell yeah me too ^^ too cool

  • NIN Army Worldwide!!!

  • cool man!

  • holy shit that's a fucking lot of ppl!!

  • Did some one say nine inch male's.NIM

  • You guys are amazing! Can't!! wait to see you guys live! Catch ya over on the blog.

  • I was there. NIN played their set before Tool, but afterwards the general opinion was that NIN would've been a much better closing act for the festival. Anyway, great show. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for them to return.

  • My husband wants to name our unborn child Trent...lol (not kidding) and even though we are both huge NIN fans, I am not sure how I feel about that.

Awesome video, I love seeing this live stuff...it's so different than being in the crowd.

  • LOL

  • Twice I've purchased tickets to see you in concert and something always prevented me from going. Thanks for the posts.

  • i was there!

    they are great!

  • they like totally rock.

  • maaaaaaaan fuck yeh. :D

  • I can almost see myself :P

  • you guys are the most incredible thing that has happened to this world

  • Very cool!

  • I can't wait till the next show in California

  • NIN coming to Beijing this saturday !!

  • It's so awesome to see a 42 year-old dude bouncing up and down like that. I am totally still going to be bouncing up and down in 10 years time.

  • I was there and was absolutely the best gig of the festival! thank you!

  • i swear i saw a smiling trent wen he was jumping up and down!

  • The camera work could be better but they sound excellent. Wish there was more HLAH too.

  • Keep kicking ass trent! Your one of the only good bands left.

  • Trent'd better stop destroying the set every night and with that money buy a serious camera to the poor Rob Sheridan.

    ROB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what's this........

  • the guy has money both of them do, so Poor no body they can afford something esle. Um.. Hello one of the Rock band that can produce Blu-ray, HD-DVD and DVD? think about it. not alot of band can do that "yet" so they can destory anything they want. probably as loaded as manson.

  • Trent produced some songs for Manson so I wouldn't doubt it.

  • I like Belgian beer...

  • awh yeahhhhh.

  • get your asses back to the US. Now. KTHXBAI.

  • Awesome!

  • good song but bad shooting

  • Looks like an amazing show.

  • fucking awsome i wish i was theyr

  • Thats it, Fuck you Rob, I'm not buying the DVD

  • That was so awesome. I went to that festival just to finally see NIN for the first time and Tool again (really everything else there was shit!).

  • OH YES!!!! YEAH!!!! LOVE IT!!! Ahem. Please come to Kentucky!

  • With Teeth no matter what any one says is one of the best albums of all time....

  • 18 Aug 2007... The day I became a fan. 8O

  • I love you so much Trent Reznor <3

    you're my idol.

Please come to Boston as soon as you can, alot of fans there :p

  • I was there. It was a good show. But it lacked a bit of interaction with the crowd. I'd love to see NIN in a smaller club.

  • mala rumba!!

  • i hope trent isnt so pissed off from german (And european!) promoters as it seems... concerts in bratislava and prague were great, and this show is proof that shows in other countries were great too...

trent must come back to europe :|

  • Pukkelpopfestival in Belgium is proof that there still are European promotors who CAN their shit together. That was an amazing show, maybe the best NINshow I've ever seen. Keep coming back to the good ones, and keep the middlefingers up to the bad ones.

  • I swear to god... if the German promoters have pissed off Trent so much that he thinks twice about coming back to Europe, there will be some serious shit ahead. The UK is NOT AMUSED.

  • Despite all the troubles they've had at some of the festivals, sometimes everything goes right; this one was one of the best musical performances I've been to, *ever*. Not just of NIN (only my second of those, alas) but of anyone.

    SUCH a great show!

Weird thought I could theoretically catch a glimpse of myself in the audience... good thing I didn't though, I hate being filmed.

Thanks for posting this. Nice reminder of good times in the midst of a shitty weekend.

  • Fucking awesome. Can't get enough. Keep 'em coming!

  • awesome. aaron north is a madman, in the best way possible :P

  • amazing... but dammit, it just made me hungry for more! I NEED MY NIN FIX... lol... Hawaii doesn't count for US shows. :P~ Hint, hint!!

  • I fucking love aaron north

  • fuck yes!

  • Very nice.

  • thanks guys! you fucking rock

  • Nice show NIN. Any chance you'll be visiting Massachusetts? :D

  • lights or no lights...the show must go on!

  • bad. fucking. ass.

  • rad

  • thankyou :)

  • Damn, you guys are doing it big with this uploading. Thanks.
