Should I do this first for about a year and then do what you did in the "easy and effective abs exercise"? Because I wana burn the calories and clear room so I can get a six pack

@knudsencss In my experience I would say every second or third day, because you muscles also need to rest, I have no idea if this is true, but if it isn't come and hate to me in 5 weeks if you can't see any difference <3

@MrJeffreycalma I would say every other day, it is good to have your muscles rest to repair themselves. like you do it on monday, relax tuesday and once again wednesday.
i tried it at the begining of this summer, and it worked. My upper bod; chest, upper abs, shoulders, arms were feeling it. I do it once every 2 weeks now, alternate between the running and the weight lifting.

@sixpackshortcuts hi i have started watching your video's today and i would just like to tell you about me so you can suggest which is right for me. i am 18 i am 6'6 and 180lbs i dont feel drained but i have a very physical job and believe it or not i have gained weight in the past 6 months. i now need to know how to gain at least 20 lbs in muscle. and i know its not just exersise its diet but what ever i eat i dont gain weight

@FunkFlexDance You should poke you butt out and have your head down At you abs while doing this and last have you elbows tucked in.

@MrJeffreycalma I would say every other day, it is good to have your muscles rest to repair themselves. like you do it on monday, relax tuesday and once again wednesday.

i tried it at the begining of this summer, and it worked. My upper bod; chest, upper abs, shoulders, arms were feeling it. I do it once every 2 weeks now, alternate between the running and the weight lifting.

I've been training for almost 8 months, 3x a week for 30mins-1hour. But I am not that ripped compare with my gym mates. I don't know what's wrong with me since we follow the same workout.
