  • Lol Mike you remind me of a close friend I know that acts a lot like you! Sort of like a mentor and teaches me the six pack solution's but not the secrets of gaining a six pack in a short time. But anyway thanks man I just started doing them and 3rd time doing that exercise I felt the burn and stopped lol... that sounds bad when I think about it. I weigh over 78 kilos and I just got a little flab that I want gone. So I've just started this exercise today and I want to keep doing it! Thanks!!!

  • hey mike i'm having a hard time with that diet program, i'm not really fat i just wanna et some abs but i can't eat that much healthy food, because even if i eat like 3 apples i'm still hungry and have to eat something ''fat''. I herad about the 80/20 eating program but it's hard to start.

  • First day on the work out I love it have worked out my whole life now 37now . A few months ago got diagnosed with cervical injury due to old sporting accidents so I had to put a side surfing , snowboarding, skating and motocross to get better have to say the work has not put any strain on my back and will def recommended to my doctor. I HAVE TO SAY NOT ONLY DO I LOVE IT I RECOMMENDED.

  • Ok, I used to be overweight, but I lost about 16 pounds in a few months after some dieting. Unfortunately, now (although I have a small amount of belly fat) I have very weak and skinny arms. Will this exercise plus pushups get my arms stronger, at least to a point where I'm able to do some decent weightlifting? For reference, I'm 15, 5 ft. 9", and around 125 lbs; I'm not looking for body builder arms, just some more muscle. Please help me out, I really hate being this weak.

  • hey mike i'm 16 and have been doing alot of weightlifting since the 7th grade at my school for football and well i have some muscle but not much and no visible abs, so if i do this workout and some like the m-100's will i start to see a bit of results? at school we do benchpress, inclinepress, and a dumbell super set one day and squat, powerclean and a guantlet super set of 3sets of 4reps of chin pulls, power clean, squat jumps and squatpress with a bar weighing 95lbs are these effective at all?

  • @knudsencss In my experience I would say every second or third day, because you muscles also need to rest, I have no idea if this is true, but if it isn't come and hate to me in 5 weeks if you can't see any difference <3

  • @knudsencss @MrRJC96 lift your bum higher so your abs have to work to hold it up, and have to work harder to hold it up whilst changing positions ;)

  • I tried doing these but got some severe carpet burns on my elbows. And my elbows started bleeding. Any tips on avoiding carpet burn and bloody elbows when doing this exercise?

  • @97KillerClown try it man, it does! After awhile you will feel the burn. Give it 20-40 seconds. you will feel it.

  • @bryantoli Usually when you do planks, you're supposed to try to keep your abs flexed and breathe steadily. Try doing that if you're not already.

  • @MrJeffreycalma I would say every other day, it is good to have your muscles rest to repair themselves. like you do it on monday, relax tuesday and once again wednesday.

  • i tried it at the begining of this summer, and it worked. My upper bod; chest, upper abs, shoulders, arms were feeling it. I do it once every 2 weeks now, alternate between the running and the weight lifting.
