@MultiBelle22 Depends. The stereotypical chivalrous knight actually wore really heavy armour and thus had to ride horses. The were already so heavy, they couldn't move at all, so sword weight could vary.

If you do a lot of weight lifting / sword fighting you're going to get used to it, but for me (I've just started medieval sword fighting) a normal longsword is really heavy. Doesn''t feel *that* heavy at first, but after doing some moves & keeping it lifted for some time? You really start to feel it.
