Usually where the horn toggle is place (half way between 2 different tones. DVTs have 4 different tones, High loud, High Soft, Low Loud and Low soft. direct middle between all 4is no sound, half way between 2 and you'll get 2 sets of sound... Hope that makes sence
A shame that the DBSO's are finished - they really added to the interest of the anglia region (Not that it's not interesting, with all those 90's thrashing about!)
I think that tune was composed by Beethoven, AFTER he turned deaf.. First time I've ever heard if performed by a set of trains and locomotives, though!! A blast of a video! Thanks, Rob

Most of them are asking, some are when they whistle at whistle boards, others are when they whistle at other driver to say "hi" or at Network Rail
