It is pretty easy but cool to make one.

You can just take the rocket launcher change the model to ex Ak 47 and the rocket to a grenade and there you have a grenade launcher =)

Yea, like I did, I also had the Securom Bypass thingy to remove drunken cam etc, I did download it because I didn't want to wait to play the game, but if you want to be able to use every feature in the game, buy it.

right now there isnt a way to save models that will work with GTA IV, but you can change any texture. there are two tools to do it: SparkIV and OpenIV

yea...but you gotta slow down the rate fire otherwise the rockets will bump into each other
