Sorry but this game was no more "difficult" than Thongs of Virtue. And what DeathSpank novice actually uses food to heal while being volleyed by ranged cyborques? Uh... use a potion? Duh?

And this game is leagues funnier than Thongs of Virtue. Sorry but this is another solid DeathSpank entry. They all are.

I don't really understand reviewers who complain about a game being too difficult. if it is difficult by design it shouldn't be something to complain about. ESPECIALLY when you can adjust the difficulty.. so it just feels like this review don't focus that much on how good or bad the game is, just that it is too difficult here and there..

What Gamespot missed, was when they say this game has an added level of difficulty, it isn't the fact the game has gone downhill, it is actually because they are making the player use the equipment you have (where in the first 2 it was easy enough to use nothing but swords and health potions), so now you are made to use the potions to play the game, unless of course you choose easy.

I thought all the deathspanks were fun. The first should get a 9, the second a 8 because it came out too soon to the first, but this one was my favourite. I would give this a 9.5 because it had more to do and made me laugh alot.

If you liked the first 2 DeathSpank games, then you'll more or less enjoy this. If you've never had any interest in it, then more or less this isn't gonna change your mind. I myself love the whole series.
