@MahiletAbebe -it was relaxed, but not damaged... :) I just wanted to go natural...relaxing became old..I was tired of doing it. I also was inspired by several people and that drove me to go natural! :D

@GoldenBlonde69 Thank you! Sometimes, like I am going to wear it until tomorrow. I just didn't have time to redo my wash n go yesterday. This was 4th day hair (last time I redid my hair was Friday) . My rewet days are Monday,Wednesday, and Friday. So Saturday and Sunday are considered "rest days" I only cowash 1x a month or when needed. On mon,wed, and fri I rewet my hair, apply more conditioner and detangle. Hth!

I grew up around Indians and have an interest in that culture and people. I don't go around asking every mixed person i see about their heritage. If her hair were straight, i would ask the same thing because the Indian hair texture is a distinctive one and her roots look like sh'se of Indian descent. I won't know if im wrong unless i ask, would i?

Does your hair look different when it's not moisturize as opposed to when it is?I mean use to be natural about 4 years ago but I just can't seem to remember my hair texture. It was really thin and kind of afro kinky but I never moisturize my hair at all. So I'm not sure, I actually only used vaseline or gel when I would put my hair in a ponytail. Whenever I used gel my hair looked just like yours. I'm currently transitioning and I'm dieing to see my hair. Its about 5 inches long now.
