I don't think so it looks as if there is different lights reflecting off of her eyes. Try to imagine if the was looking at something that was reflecting several different colors it would reflect off of her eyes as well.

but what tools do you use to highlight to keep every part seperate? like when you'd highlight a part of her dress so you wouldn't need to worry about going out of the line?

I'm always paint with the Marker/Airbrush there's nothing special.

but I've separate the layer like this from above to under

1.Shadow color

2.Hilight color

3.Main object color (like whole of hair or dress )

(1/2can be swapped , what ever you like)

then, when I want to paint, I'll select all part of color in layer 3. (by CTRL+click the layer3)

and paint in 1 or 2 layer, no need to worry about going out of the line : > because of the selection~

when you first sketched this out with the orange, what tools did you use to outline it with the black? paint brush? pencil? how big? because whenever I outline I can never get it to look like it blends in well enough XD

What do you mean by Time : 8-9 hr at your description? The duration of time you need to draw this? if so thats very long (well for me). If i were you i'd be getting 99 summoning in Runescape or maxing my rank in HAWX or pwn some newbies in DotA or sniper whoring in Halo 3 or farming for my fame in RYL 2 but you sir, I adore you!
