I think the smartest thing would be to wait until you fighting career is over before you go and spend thousands of dollars on permanemt implants which can get busted easily even with a mouth guard. He has the Bridge/implant thing that he can pop in and out like a retainer and that is fine for now, he can take it out for his fights. Once he retires, he'll get permanent top of the line implants.

I think the smartest thing would be to wait until you fighting career is over before you go and spend thousands of dollars on permanemt implants which can get busted easily even with a mouth guard. He has the Bridge/implant thing that he can pop in and out like a retainer and that is fine for now, he can take it out for his fights. Once he retires, he'll get permanent top of the line implants.
