Hell, what's missing is a total remix (remake?) of the entire Super Mario 64 into a modern console.. Imagine such a short game... the graphics could be beautiful down to the polished granite flooring of the interior of the castle. multiplayer? cooperative? minigames? This was basically my first console so to me 64 is nostalgia.

I think I can point out what's missing, though it's relatively small: the small tinny sound that went along with the song at the start. Almost like a triangle that played alongside the piano.

Without it though, it sounds a good deal more mature. You did very well for it taking so long. It's well mixed, instruments are well used...overall, very nice.

The Wing Cap theme was and still is one of my favorite songs from the history of Mario, so I have an ear for it.

Like I said though, without the lighter notes and instruments, it sounds more mature. Probably would fit in nicely with Galaxy 2. :D
