Great heaert rate monitor for basic use. For anyone looking for a quality heart monitor with EKG accuracy and a stopwatch for running, this is a good choice.
You can wear the watch on top of your gym gloves so it won't cut into your wrist. Thats what I do, not a lot though since I don't need HR monitor while lifting weights.
