  • Hmmm, thinking of getting this to make walkthroughts, machinimas and shiz, very helpful this was. Does anyone know how the Irecord Pro is any better? =-\

  • I think we should nominate her for an academy.. "I can do this!!!"

  • my tv only has 1 set of 3 plugs ( the yellow, red and white ones ) and I wanna register gameplay for videogames but those plugs are already occupied by the game console's plugs, how do I use both at the same time?

  • So what they're really trying to tell you: "I'm a complete moron, but even I can do it (albeit with the assistance of the camera man...which can be heard clearly). If it's so easy, why would you need someone to prompt you to do anything? I hope this was for a school project, and not an effort of corporate to display the user friendliness. FYI, mine wiped out 140+ Gigs of video from my i-pod in 1st use. No mention in packaging that it required immediate firmware update.

  • i have one, it works great, you can even record to a flash drive

  • nigahiga.....I just got mine working by connecting my i-pod directly to it, but I want to start on a usb flash drive. The usb drive is brand new, but when I put it in, it starts to recognize it, but after a few secs/mins it stops trying to recognize (and the orange indicator/status light comes on. Do I need to put the usb/fd in the LapTop first and set it up? (sorry, I've never used one before? Same thing with my PSP, with a usb cord (and new memory stick) Any advice? Thnks very much!

  • PSP probably wont work because it requires some kind of special format, but your flash drive is probably a cruzer or something fancy, try a cheap flash drive with only memory on it, no pre-installed programs, those programs confuse the irecord

  • That is how I Record. (The PSP will come later).

  • what if you have a DVR and it has a usb port?

  • that irecord logo is annoying :s

  • will it put it in to itunes wen i plug mi ipod into my comp

  • will this work with ipod touch, wot do i hav to plug it into (tv or vcr or dvd player) also will it put it in to itunes wen i plug mi ipod into my comp

  • It works i think

  • lol look at this guys channel its got filler videos to make this seem like its not made by the company who makes this thing. but i admit it does look cool.

  • will the quality be shitty on a computer since its going to the i-pod? <_< because i know theres a difference in the size, and quality when i convert videos to an i-pod file.

  • i can do these: can u bitch

  • neuros mpeg 4 recorder 2 is way better than this!!!!

  • HahAhA youre right.. but the device is just awesome...you can even rip videos/audio off youtube onto your iPod/PSP/USB

  • The lady said she is not good with technology. Truth is she is not good at matching colors. Watch close. You will see her plug the white male into the yellow female. I guess they did not want to do a another take.

  • Yes, you are right. This is amature video. And she made a mistake. But the device is really a cool device, you must agree.

  • How much is iRecord?

  • What about the video that gets recorded straight to the iPod? Does it sync with iTunes and moves it over?

  • Not immediately, but it's only a few steps to accomplish it.

  • Ha yeah I saw that slip and then the next scent revealed the correct color configuration. Did you also hear a males voice correcting her?

  • This is amature recording, we might have done some thing worng which ended up in a bit stutter if you see any. I have copied movies with IRECORD to IPOD and could not feel any stutter while playing. This box is really amazing. It uses H.264/AVC for video encoding, which is a standard. I love this little box Irecord.

  • Interesting. While it does look easy, it also looks a bit stuttery both on the set while recording and on the ipod during playback. Is that an artifact induced during filming or is the actual playback not smooth?
