I find it interesting that some people can only comment on your strap and where you have your guitar, quite frankly it doesn't matter how high up that guitar is, you can flat out play. I really like your style, it's hard to believe you didn't make the top three in the contest. Keep jammin' you've got major talent, I wish I could play that well.

Wearing sweat pants and sandals is comfortable, but you don't see people going to diner/ work/ on a date/ general public with 'em on, do ya? I agree you should feel comfortable while playing. However, image IS a part of it. And if you practice standing up, with the guitar at a reasonable length from your chin, it will eventually feel comfortable. I can always tell who practices sitting down, because when they play standing up, they look like this guy.
