The cheapest way is buying Swap Magic, then either modding the PS2's case with a flip-top lid, or using a swap tool. More expensive/difficult options are soldering a modchip, or using something like HDLoader (basically connecting an external hard drive to your PS2). I can't really get into details, but if you Google for these terms you should find what you need.
