I can get my stock CBR 900 -99 over 200 km/t in 4th gear, (I tryed yesterday), and if you look and the info on what has been done to this bike. 360 km/t in 4th gear sounds possible. And for all you Fake guys, get a superbike and try it, thay can go faster than you think i 4th gear.
