  • Don't use fura-zone, you're going to make massive proud flesh build up

  • @twohitdead the vet recommended it even though she felt that it stung somewhat... the mare healed completely and I do thank you for your concern , but there was no proud flesh at all... and you can not even see where the scars were it healed so completely. for which I am grateful and relieved :)

  • Nessa showed that dog who the boss was... Way to go girl

  • of all the dogs i've owned/experienced, the only one that actively attacked me was a MALTESE CROSS TERRIER. IF treated correctly, big dogs can be so loyal and perfect

  • Hell pitbulls are the only dog that will get along with any animal and be the protective dog towards kids. Labs are more likely to bite kids.

  • Small dogs bite on a daily base but no we don't hear about that. Pitbulls rarely attack

  • :(

  • its sad but if it was pitbull get on with it pitbulls die every minute and they are fighting dogs so you cant change them

  • THIS IS Y I HATE DOGS

  • @SuperKillerxp How can you say that that is one dog .... its always the humans fault that dogs do things like that .. its the education !! Not the dog .. I have a dog and a horse and the two are big friends !

  • @MiniiMaus1 well i dont hate all dog u now wat i mean

  • @SuperKillerxp it was the way you said this ... I thought you hate dogs at all .. and I was a little bit shocked.. because this is not normal ..

  • If people are going to keep pits it should be LAW that they complete a basic obedience course, obtain a cgc and have adequate facilities to house and contain the dog. I have trained for 32 years and love pits BUT they need owners who understand the breed and will go to the lengths required to maintain them. Poor horse..... but it could have been so much worse.

  • This is making me believe Kane-o is going to turn on us one day....I love horses so much but our pit-bull is a sweet baby....he only attacked one horse...thats because it was kicking at its owner....I believe our dog is a hero...no need to hate pit-bulls....they also have their times.....Kane-o is a big baby he now plays with our next door neighbors horse....Cash and Kane-o....Cash passed away a few days ago...and ever since Kane-o hasn't gone near any other horse....pits aren't mean animals...

  • I am very glad to hear your horse did better so quickly! But i also have to say that i do have a horse and a pit bull, and they get along great. but for the people who are saying bad things about pits, just know that its not the dog its the stupidity of the owner who doesn't know how to control their dog. please do your research before you say something you don't know a lot about

  • wow bad ass dog pore horse hope she heals nice

  • pitbulls are dogs.... not killers, yea sure they have a strong bite... but so do dobermans and rottweilers.... they are animals.... they dont know whats wrong or right, so please stop saying pitbulls should be outlawed cause a majority of them are trained and are very nice

  • all pit bulls should be outlawed.... you hear about this kind thing over and over and over again and people still buy and keep them.

  • Horses are foul ill tempered beasts. I dont understand how people love them so much.

  • Proud flesh is hard to fix. It's a shame...

  • @XoxCrimsonLovexoX It's unbelievable but no proud flesh formed... it was as if it never happened...miraculous

  • @twomblypublishing what kind of dog attackes your horse??

  • @themexicanway it was the pit bull who lives 2 properties over... through the woods.

  • @twomblypublishing ok but your horse is obviously bigger if i came up and started to punch n kick your horse it would use its back legs as a form of defense so why didnt it do that to that dog

  • @RevelationHU55 you are 100% right... the horse would defend itself the way you describe... and so she did... but the dog kept re-attacking the horse even when the horse sent the dog reeling with a hard kick... the dog kept coming back..the horse knocked a bunch of the dogs teeth out and finally stopped the dog by rendering it unconscious. it took the dog's owner thousands of dollars and much time to get the dog back to health. a weaker / smaller horse could not have done it like Nessa did.

  • @twomblypublishing well thats true and aso this is to the guy who owns the dog HAHA fuck you dickhead ill would have kicked ur in the face to keep that mutt on a leash

  • that dog fucked that horse up , LOl.

  • PITBULLS ROCK!!! AND THEY'RE NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO LET SOME ASSHOLE RIDE ON THEIR BACK!! HA HA hAAAAAAAAAAAH! SUCK-IT-UPPPPPPPPPP!!!

  • @Miscy13 fuck your pitbulls, dumbest dogs on earth, and their owners are dumber, horse probaly didnt feel like killing the little fuck

  • poor girl,

  • what kinda horse cant stop a dog attack , pussy ass horse

  • I'm so glad your horse recovered! I went through the same thing with my Belgian stud about 8 years ago. He was torn open pretty badly so I talked to my Indian friend and he gave me a bottle of some green stuff he brewed. It stinks and the smell wont com off your hands for a week but it worked. We still haven't been able to get the biggest piece of that dog out from up in the old oak tree though. The stud kicked him so hard that chunks flew.

  • @356butch wow, that's remarkable... all of it... but I'm mostly glad that your horse is OK now too ! :)

  • @356butch

The dog messed with a Belgian stud? Holy crap I can imagine what happened by what you have stated... They are actually bigger than Clydesdales aren't they? I can imagine that the kick from him tore the dog to pieces.

  • I really hope your horse is ok. ):

it is beautiful & i feel terrible this had to happen.

I had 2 horses, my horses baby was killed by a coyote at only 2 months old. I miss my baby Elvis :(

  • @michaelaSUBBAN76 she had a complete recovery, thank you. I am so sorry for your loss though! we have coyotes here ( a lot of them) and it was only recently that I realized that they could be bold enough to take down a horse. I keep my 1 mini in at nights ( it was his habit when I got him so I just continued the practice) but now it makes me feel a bit more comfortable knowing he's safe inside during the night time hours (although I realize that coyotes can still be on the prowl during the day)

  • wow!! what a bunch of losers in here.. any dog can be dangerous just not pitbull, there are more reports of golden retriever attack then pitbull, and the most aggresive dog accountable for attacks are weiner dog... the only reason why you see so many pitbull attack is #1 the breed is very popular to low lifes who trains the dog to be aggresive #2 the breed is very powerful and smart, so when it does attack it will attack #3 media assume love to explode things # alot of the time its not a pitbull

  • @smallblocksupercharg please understand that I am not trying to stir up a dog breed controversy ( I love dogs myself)... I just had to make a note to you after your comment that it's ironic that you would mention :wiener" dogs... the horses have dachshunds ( wieners) that live on the farm ( in addition to another large breed) but have remained "un-attacked" by them :) or actually any other of the many loose dogs in our rural area who cut through our acreage... just noting what occurs here.

  • this is what pitt bulls are ment to do, thats y i like um. people want come walking in my yard and i dont have to worry about someone breaking in my house . i love pitt bulls for this reason. no other dog can mess up a hourse or other big animals. thats why i have a couble pitts and only pitts

  • @pittbullman9027 people could still easily break into ur house, if they had a gun, and killed the dogs.

  • poor nessa. :(

  • i have a pit bull and 4 horses she has never hurt them we also have many many barn cats that she keeps at pets!and she does not chase chickens or goats ,the only thing she ever killed was a rabbit and that was from playing with it to much..so i think that it all depends on how they are raised and trained she was raised like a family farm dog and so she is and i love her to bitts

  • @fragglesrolf i know.. as you can see some people in here never owned a pitbull in there whole life, what a bunch of losers.. the pitbull is americas first war hero dog and first nanny dog

  • @smallblocksupercharg I know!!if you have never owned one or been around one you have no right to judge them!

  • I love how the owner is so determined to help heal her horse :) that is truely amazing.& as for you people arguing: pitbulls are an AMAZING breed, it is definately all in the raising. I am a horse & dog person, so i feel sympathy for the horse but you can't go blaming an entire breed for a few attacks.geez.

  • put the dog down ... a dog that learns its ok to attack ANYTHING is a dangerous dog .. first put the dog down then flog the owner for not knowing how to raise an animal properly

  • StellersTheGreatest Pitbulls are the worst dogs ever German shepherds are one of the best

  • @florex900 i agree with you

  • Pitbulls are the worst dogs ever my opinion german sheperds are the best dogs

  • yes they were bred to fight, they were the perfect dog for that by nature they are vicious even when they are raised to be gentle and loving dogs, pitbulls can be dangerous all they want, but mauling and killing kids and people is not good, thats my number one reason why i dont like the breed,im sure you dislike a particular dog breed? or pet in general, so let me have my opinion because its not going to change ight? why you think they were used for bear baiting?

  • @SteelersTheGreatest I think everyone has their favorite breeds ( mine is an Irish Setter :) and I am not disagreeing w you... I just don't want to interject my opinion in what is clearly a heated discussion... I figured that the video told a story... and I figured that I would just focus on the healing part of it.... but the wounds do speak for themselves... no getting around that.

  • @twomblypublishing well there you have it,my opinion is not going to change

  • My dog eats pitbulls for breakfast.I have the most ferocious dog ever. And i love it.Hes a very rare Hybrid.Horses are fun to.

  • It seems like that a human's natural response to pain. Kill it. Over a few million years of war war war kill kill kill. The dog did indeed attack a horse. However, let put this in a different prospective. The african american culture were the "crazy imbreeded people" not just 50 years ago to most Americans. Don't leave your children around them. They have no rights. Burn Burn Burn Kill Kill Kill. Now look at our accepentce of them. A PROUD OWNER OF A PITBULL. I was first a naysayer

  • @chadszyman1 firstly, you make no sense at all brah!

  • a innocent horse attacked by a dangerous pitbull,i dont feel no sympathy for the pitbull if it died but i feel for the horse its sad but people need to understand pitbulls are a dangerous breed!

  • @SteelersTheGreatest tha dog is still alive. the horse rendered it unconscious that day to stop the attack... 2 men couldn't pull the dog off... the horse had to save herself... but she did

  • @twomblypublishing yeah well thats good the horse is doing better,im glad to hear that

  • @SteelersTheGreatest i don't feel no sympathy neither

  • @SteelersTheGreatest

Their only dangerous because "people" bred them to be dangerous. It's not the animals fault its bred to fight.

  • @SuperCookieRaider of course but why? because they are the ultimate fighting dog to be able to take pain and lock it jaws until it lets go,its in their blood to be vicious and i dont care my opinion stays buddy so dont try and tell me what i know about the breed

  • @SteelersTheGreatest

I know they are. I never tried to tell you what you do and do not know, and I'm not your buddy.

  • @SteelersTheGreatest

I know they are. I never tried to tell you what you do and do not know, and I'm not your buddy.

I was raised with pitbulls and "never' once did they hurt anyone not even another dog. He actually saved my life once from a lab that attacked me when i was about 5 years old i think. Him and a German Shepard.

  • @SuperCookieRaider its a figure of speech, and also thats good that your dog saved you,but im speaking from experience not just saying it for nothing so yeah there you have it,let just leave it at that have a good day!!

  • Comment removed

  • @SteelersTheGreatest You are sad. All animals are 100% innocent. They act to live... It is the owners fault when you see vicious dogs. After all, dogs aren't vicious naturally, most of what we think is " vicious dangerous behavior" is the result of humans not raising loving and training them as they should be. If you can't train a pitbull- don't own one- it's that simple. Yes I own an English Bull Terrier and he is the gentlest dog I'veever seen-because I trained him correctly and with love

  • @SteelersTheGreatest You need to do some research before you open your trap and start speaking about things that you really know nothing about.....

  • @magicalhearingman like i said i know from experience and also research brah!!so yeah you cant tell me nothing, sorry nice try!!

  • @magicalhearingman and trust me i know alot about the breed! so why dont you shut yours

  • @SteelersTheGreatest You may know horses, but you have shown me beyond any doubt that you know nothing about pit bulls. Do not insult me, I have owned 3 in my lifetime, they are one of the greatest breeds- due to the fact that when well trained it's hard to find a breed that would surpass their loyalty. The fact of the matter is pit bulls are not evil as you seem to think, it's the owners not knowing how to train the dog. This you cannot argue, sodon't make afool of yourself :)P.S Idonthatehorses

  • @magicalhearingman look man who ever you are,i have my opinion so leave it at that ok? im telling you facts about the breed being the pitbull and rott causes alot of death,so how are you going to tell me what i already know so have a good one and no!! you dont make a fool of yourself

  • @magicalhearingman wow you owned 3dogs and that makes you an expert on dogs huh??wow good job but try again! tell me why they are banned from certain area of a state?tell me that since theyre so nice and gentle and yeah just blame it all on the owner.....bs its not all on the owner so dont give me that either.....its in their blood to be like that,at lease most of em,.... its ahh called predisposition!!! brah!!! its in their blood

  • @SteelersTheGreatest Never said I was an expert. They're banned because some people own them for status, we all know who. Yes, some dogs are bred for fighting, but in most of them that fighter instinct has been dulled down A LOT because most pits are being trained in good homes. There are many laws that are bs, you know that. It's not the dog, it is the person. How fucking stupid are you, BRAH

  • @magicalhearingman theyre wild animals to me,they are killing kids and even the owners so like i said predisposition and thats how it is sorry and they are banned because theyre too dangerous sorry!!too many attacks and deaths

  • pitbulls fault!!!! it attacks anything thats normal for them

  • pittbulls r just a walking time bomb waiting to go off i had a pittbull attack my pony and my whippet all pittbulls should b banned

  • @stangs69stang exactly!! i agree with you 100percent that they should be banned in all states

  • That's why I hate pittbulls. They're bipolar and will attack at their own will.

  • Im so sorry that happened to your horse... Im glad that she is on the mend.....

  • ah geez that's nasty... the image at 2:27 looks disgusting! looks like a piece of tomato with the skin peeled off and a little bit of salsa spread over it. gross. anyway, i know this video is from a couple years ago but i hope your horse's recovery was successful and quick. i would say that the dog who attacked your horse was actually the lucky one ... because your horse easily could of killed, if not seriously injured, the dog in a heartbeat.

  • not all pitbulls are horrible ya know there is actully sweet ones in the world they arent all blood teethed creatures just ones that are having a bad day and dont know who to take it out on just like us!

  • @acts2acres No shit sherlock.

  • Having a pitbull should be treated like having a fucking leopard. People should have to prove they are competent enough to keep an animal that has an inate fighting intent far beyond other breeds. It's like having a burmese python.. it "probably won't" do anything bad, but when you combine stupid people with with a potentially dangerous animal, you're asking for trouble.

  • @chiconspiracy last time i checked all dogs have teeth.... the 80s "bad dog" was the german shepherd, the 90s was the doberman and/or rottweiler... now its the pitbull... if a monkey shoots someone, don't blame the monkey, blame the ass who gave him the gun....

  • @chiconspiracy I have had pits and I currently have two Burmese Pythons and they are the best animals I ever had.

  • @chiconspiracy Pitbulls are only viscous because we TRAINED them to be. Dog Fight ring any bells? We trained them up to be killers and now we wonder why they attack innocent people and animals. They can be stunning, lovely dogs however, just with very firm, consistent training. They are ugly dogs though. And that's a fact. If their heads were upside down, they'd look more like a dog.

  • @GainingBananas

Their potential for danger still means that people need to be trained and licensed to have them. Not just pit bulls, but German Shepard, rottweilers, and other large breeds that need very careful control as they age. Doesn't matter if its "not their fault" as all the pitbull apologists like to say.

  • @chiconspiracy I know that pitbulls can be very dangerous. But yeah I agree, people shouldn't get them unless they absolutely know what they're doing. They may not be big, but they are extremely powerful. Any dog can be wildly viscous, but there are breeds that are known for their calmness and their love of affection. Even without training, I've seen some dogs be as gentle as a baby bird. And most of the time, it isn't the dog's fault, they've been provoked. But there are the few crazy mutts.

  • @chiconspiracy i agree with you...

  • @chiconspiracy my dog had to be put to sleep by animal control because it wanted to my neighbor's toddler, he attack twice and yes she was pitt bull

  • Much love and many prayers your way, continuing on her speedy recovery!

  • awwww poowr house :(

  • plz do not tell me that it was a pitbull they dont need an even badder rap then they already have

  • @yasmine2979 I am sorry to tell you that is was in fact a pit bull. other dogs have ended up loose crossing the property ( which is pastures set back far in the woods) but the Huskies, labs, hounds, setters and retrievers ( and even a small wire haired terrier mix) who have wandered by have left the horses alone. I don't want to cast aspersions on a specific breed, I'm only relaying what has happened.

  • @yasmine2979 Those type animals should be exterminated. I don't care how much you 'love' YOUR pitbull, but people do not tend to them the way they should, and their natural and INSTINCTUAL life style is this.

  • @yasmine2979 PITBULLS SHOULD BE BANNED AS HOUSEHOLD PETS FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!IT'S THE DOG OWNER NOT THE BREED - WELL NOT EVERYBODY IS THE DOG WHISPERER SO THE BREED SHOULD BE RESTRICTED.

  • you really dont want to watch this while your eating

  • poor horse! That dog was angry or what??? I've never seen a dog (sivilised dog) attacking a horse... playing or chasing yes.. but nothing that nasty...

  • Why wouldn't the horse stomp on the damn dog?

  • @meivas the horse did defend herself . the dog tried to hamstring her ( big tearing bites between her hind legs) and the dog went for her jugular ( you can see every wound on day 1 all stitched up ) but the horse fought better than the 2 men trying to get the dog off.. eventually the horse rendered the dog unconscious and that's the only thing that stopped the attack..

  • LOL at the sad music in the background, what the fuck? how big is the horses cock

  • awe! i have such a big heart for horses, an dogs but now.. i think that i like horses better because that if AWEFUL! :(

  • i woulda shit the effing dog!!!!!!! that horse is worth alot more then someones untrained mutt!!!!!!

  • poor horse...If I was an owner of this beautiful animal,i would kill the dog without any questions...Horses are nobel animals and mean no harm to people, but some dogs are born killers and should be put to sleep emidiately...

  • @AlmirJVAlix There's no such thing as a "born killer" dog. You're dumb.

  • Is that so?Then you're more stupid than me since you don't know about laboratories wich "produce" muted specimens of staffords snd pitbuls, with genetic engineering, adding to them agreesive genes and other stuff to make them better and stronger for dog fights...And those dogs are being crossed with normal ones and what do you get?a beast is born....I didn't mea dogs with normal family trees, but how do you know it has pure blood?

  • at the ranch we had feral dogs from the local low income community attack the cattle so at night id sit in the field with my 30-30 and killed em all in one night.

  • @TheGarrettDressler you bitch

  • how did this happen and where

  • @etdell1 massachusetts. the horse was in her own turnout and the dog got out of his pen several properties away. the dog ran through the woods and went for the first horse he saw ( God bless her, she is the biggest horse I have and some of mine would not have survived). the owner said he would pay all her vet bills as it was on the horse's own property. the dog was not euthanized although the town told the owner to do so. ( the attending veterinarian said it was the law to report dog attacks)

  • @twomblypublishing still poor horse :(

  • @etdell1 true enough.. it was a tough time for a while... she was great about it although she got very tired of being confined to a very small turnout.. that was what she found very tough to deal with... that and the furazone spray... she found that VERY disagreeable..oh, and she HATES shots... so the antibiotic injections she had for 10 days were not very fun.... overall she was an excellent patient... she was great about the whole ordeal.

  • oh my god i am crying that us so sad

  • ARE YOU CRAYING

  • awww, your poor horse got it bad bless her, i love both horses and dogs and have have practically grown up with certain breeds of both animals, but i have to say i was out riding a while when a lose dog came running viciously at my horse (and i had a long whip at the time) and i leaned over to hit the dog, im sorry but im not putting my horse in danger when i know he wouldve died to save me, so i took on the dog gauding my horse, i gotta say.. it wasnt a long battle and i clearly won!!

  • @blackcherryglitter - Neither animals were BADLY harmed, the dog ran off with just a few odd bruieses and

really hope your horse(nessa) is ok, its amazing how you say she still trusts dogs and carries on as though it never happend, most horses need their trust re-working on.. :/ <3

  • LMAO

  • a horse at my stables died of a dog attack... so sad :'(

  • @spankMAbooTAY thank you for your kind words. Nessa is excellent today. She somehow understands that one dog does not represent every dog and is not fearful of dogs in general ... even if they run at her suddenly or bark at her loudly. Her powers of discernment are amazing. She gives pony rides to children in all kinds of environments and one never knows when a barking dog might be encountered. Nessas trust has not been broken , and her body has healed completely as well. She's a remarkable soul

  • poor thing I couldn't look at her right foreleg

  • I'm very happy to say it's safe to look now : ) it took several months, but I'll bet you couldn't even FIND where that wound was on her leg right now!! it's wonderful : )

  • what kind of dog did that?

  • a pit bull

  • @twomblypublishing I really doubt it was a Pit Bull. If it has a boxed head, people automatically say "Pit bull!" and having owned/worked with Pit's for 5 years around my horses, I have never once had a problem. Please, don't claim "Pit" unless you've seen the parents of the dog or you have papers. It's ignorant. Pit Bull's can be hard to distinguish if you do not know them personally.

  • @SarahVstheClown I did change the title of the vid/ progress to "dog attack" in later vids because I didn't want to single out a specific breed and try not to focus on the dog but rather on the progress that the horse was making. The reason that I initially called it a pit bull was because that was the breed that the owner referred to it as.

  • @twomblypublishing Thank you for changing it. I know far too many people who own dogs that they call "Pit bulls" that definitely are not and it's not fair to owners of REAL APBT's.

  • aww poor horse

  • thanks :) she's SO BRAVE!!!! and I'm going to wait a little while to put up the next vid.... you'll be AMAZED ( I believe ) in about a week or two how good she'll look ! really :) !!!! she looks better every day :)

  • I can tell. I feel so sorry for her.

  • Yeh Nessa.....you are healing nicely. Great work to the vet and the camera woman for a job well done......

  • Thanks very much... I believe the vids will look nicer and less...."yicky" from here on in.... until she's perfect :) now please say your prayers for Jesse who took a whack in the forearm as a secondary effect of this situation... I left him quietly ( with bute/ stall rest / hosing) for 2 weeks... but have not seen a marked improvement.. vet is coming for x-rays hoping for a positive prognosis... but frankly am concerned. ( he puts full weight on the hoof... but randomly takes very off steps)

  • This is sad that this poor mare endured an attack. Was this from a single dog? How was she saved from it? It looks like she is on her way to recovery. I am so sorry for her pain, but she seems to be a real trooper!! You too! Our best to you!

  • from a single dog, and when her last progress report was put up on an equine site folks who rescued that breed felt I was maligning the breed, so I won't mention it....but what happened was, the owner lost control of the dog while walking in the woods past the horses' turnout.. the dog never stopped the attack ( though 2 men were trying HARD to intervene) until the HORSE rendered the dog semiconscious..SHE fought to save her own life...and she bravely did :) thank you for your kind thoughts .
