?? huh?? I use the ankle weights because I have issues with Carpal tunnel and Madelungs wrist deformity and if i do to much with my hands I am in pain for a week or more. Wrist Wraps don't work for me it just causes more irritaion. The doc says No WAY~!

is your hubby a cage fighter? My ex was a cage figher (got t.k.o in 21 seconds) lol (he also decided that cage fighting was better than raising his son. but anyways....

Nope he's not a fighter.. He does train with some of the fighters one that lived with us but ive asked him not to do that .. I'd like him to keep the rest of his teeth and braincells :o) But we enjoy watching it :) thanks hun.. Sorry about your Ex he sounds like a loser.. Children are the most precious gift ever~!
