my 4s goes to clockwise loading screen and when i have to hold home button + power to restart a couple of times for it to work. also sometimes my 3g internet wont work or wifi i have to restart the phone really a pain in the ass.
@ctodd18 I've found one thing that I think helps the problem and that is to go launch (or attempt to launch) the iTunes app... that kills whatever hangs whatever up and then you can do things. At least, this is what it's done for me.

I have the same problem, restore fixes it for a day or 2. Then back 2 that crap!
