The guy with God worshipping background often commits this kind of kamma. He doesn't know how to eradicate defilement embeded in his heart/mind. That's why there have been conflicts or wars in human realm so far.
There are ignorant, prejudiced, egotistic, ethnotistic people in every culture, in every country. We all want peace and love and to be happy, we are all the same if we push away the illusions. May all beings be well, may all beings be happy and may all beings have peace of mind. May all sentient beings be filled with loving kindness and compassion.

Buddhist contries that are peacfull have gotten forced or more by other majorities. No Buddhist has declaired "war" on others. there are issues and some use force to please themselves

Many people do these things out of ignorance and hate. If you can find a teaching from either religion that encourages killing, please reply here.
