  • MS is just a pile of you know what. this was not the first or last time has done something like that

  • I was there... on that very corner! I can tell you the whole crowd were booing MS, we could tell immediately that he tried to take Villeneuve out. It was also Hakkinen's first race win, so I am doubly proud to have been at that corner in 1997.

  • I normally defend Schumacher but sometimes he takes it too far. Schumacher clearly turns in on him like he always does. He expects others to give in and takes his line and causes accidents when they could be avoided.

  • Schummy is a cheater and he have been caught many time so ....

  • villeneuve clearly braked too late for the corner and couldn't or didn't want to turn in. Schumacher's double move was because he saw villeneuve and backed off first, then he had to turn in, expecting villeneuve to turn as well, but villeneuve went straight.

  • Schummy is the most unfair driver in the sory of the F1

  • Well, just I want to say this: in Portugal 1995 Schumacher passed Hill in that tight hairpin and lots of people blamed Hill "too soft" for letting Schumacher go down the inside. The same situation is here...I donw want to say that Schumi didnt do that on purpose, I just want to say if anyone other will do that, will we talk about it so much?

  • @AlejjSi Actually u clearly see Villeneuve lost traction from the front of the cars when Shumi crah into him .

  • @AlejjSi yes...shit is shit!

  • Schumacher was so dirty, he obviously hit Villeneuve purposely, he maked two moves in the curve, the second, was to hit Villeneuve, the dirt is clear.

  • @Donfrak did you see how far villeneuve was behind, he never would have made that corner only for he used schu as brake.

  • @TheMagnatar actually if you look, MS saw him, turned to the left to avaoid hitting him at first, then turned into him.

  • the best thing about this incident was that it removed any question about the 1994 incident with Damon Hill, which unfortunately went unpunished.

it proved that on both occassions Schumacher purposely tried to take out a championship opponent.

a fucking shameless cheater and liar, they should have taken away the 1994 championship from him as well as disqualifying him of the 1997 results. german pig.

  • @powersurge001 i think he should have been removed from the 1994 results BECAUSE BENETTON CHEATED TOO.

  • Schumi try to cheat ( Like so many time ) and FAIL !

  • michael is still entitled to take the corner but villeneuve drove him wide, just at the same time when michael was turning in. Stewarts surely would relate this to adelaide 1994 collision with damon hill and punish michael for cheating. This is in part confirmation bias. In todays context, this will be dealt with as a racing incident. Villeneuve actually outbraked himself and would not have made it had schumacher not hit him. That helped to slow the williams rd the corner.

  • @bigbodlover Actually is didnt help cause Villeneuve lost traction when Shumi crash is car into him .

That was a perfect pass , very legal .

  • oh look...real Formula 1

  • this is the moment where i gave up to cheer for michael, instead i did for jaque after this fail by michael...

  • fuck schumacher...he deserve this... fucking cheater

  • I think Jacques is OVERRATED!!! HE ONLY WON 1!!!!!!! i say it again 1 CHAMPIONSHIP, AND NOW HIS A HUGE HERO! his nothing to all other drivers!!! damn! but again schumacher is that much better, he only won the 2002 championshio because Farrari would have he should win every race and not give a chance to barrichello.. or how you spell the poor brazilian's name!

  • Justice is served.

  • I like shumcaher, but he is an aggressive defender, and he has fucked up quite some... this was clearly his fault.

  • Fuck you schumacher! GREAT JACQUES! I was a kid but i remember this race very well!

  • It is very easy to judge him now, from our perspective, but when you are there, fighting for the WDC,i the last laps of the last race of the season, coming as a leader by working hard during the whole year, and you see the championship splitting out of your hands,I'm sure everyone would react like that.

  • marc surer & jacques schulz :,)

  • HAHAHA! Frank Williams face in 1:18, that would say ´´OMG``

  • Comment removed

  • As much as i like Villeneve , he was heading for the gravel with that overtake Shumacher should of let him go instead of crashing into him.

  • lol villeneuve pit crew cheering on

  • shumacher no doubt better than villeneuve..skilled driver vs better car

  • @feverNpain999 I'm not a Schumacher Fan, but i don't think Villeneuve's a better driver. He got the faster car here in 1996. But great action here.

  • This was after a year of dirty racing from Schumi, Villeneuve even went on to gove Mikka his first ever win....Was the most beautiful act of sportsmanship I ever saw!!!

  • Es sieht so aus als ob beide Fahrer schuld wären,Schmi zu schnell in Villeneuve eingelekt,Villeneuve grade aus gefahren :D

  • Shame on Schumacher ,Trying to do to Villeneuve what he did to Damon Hill!

  • Still wonder what would have happened if Schumacher had avoided Villeneuve. From this angle it looks like Villeneuve used Schumi's car as a braking zone.

On the other hand it is still a mystery why Schumacher's set of tyres weren't as good. Did Goodyear prefer an anglo-team to win the championship?

  • @TheyCallTheSandman on the original angle it looks as you said that Villeneuve just ran Schumacher off the track, but when they show the reverse angle you can see Michael purposely turned into Jacques in desperation. In any case a classic moment that I will never forget as a Canadian that gave us our first World Champion.

  • @TheyCallTheSandman

I strongly believe that Villeneuve would have never made that cornere had Schumacher avoide him.It is clear that he would have ran wide. But I guess he was sure that Schumacher had that move in mind so he went for it and it just paid off. Very lucky...

  • Ladro Villeneuve!!!!

  • It is realy a pitty and shame for the great drives to refer Schumacheras one of them.

  • Karma for what he did in 1994.

    Villenueve FTW

  • He won 7 titles with cheat ?! Are you crazy..... he is the best driver ever,he won 100 races. Can you start from last plase and finish 1st?

  • Fuck you Shumacher, huahauhauahuahauhauahauhauha

  • Senna Prost 1990 was just a normal race incident..

JQ MSC 1997 was a mean try to save the Championship by crashing..

This is why MSC never complained about loosing all driver points that season..

  • Hmm cigarrette ads...

  • Schumacher deliberately tries to push Villeneuve off the track. If you can't see that then you shouldn't be commenting. Schumacher is and always will be one of the greatest, and sometimes you gotta cheat a little to be at and stay at the very top. All great champions do it. It's just a fact of life. However, Villeneuve deserved to have fortune on his side and win fairly and squarely.

  • Epic... but it's still one of the worse MS mistake. In this case, bravo JV. One of the few driver that owned MS.

  • Love it how everyones like "AND SENNA DID THIS TOO". Well guys, relax, wheather Senna did it or not doesn't discount or make it acceptable for Schumacher to do so.

  • How the fuck does Suzuka 89 make Suzuka 90 justified? He could've killed both himself and Prost that day - Schumacher must be wondering how he got disqualified for this, whereas Senna was allowed to keep the 1990 title.

Do you call 150mph revenge wrecking justice? If so, I dread to think what isn't. Too many people have been brainwashed by the Senna myth and the Senna movie. No doubt an amazing human and the fastest driver the world has ever seen, but also a dangerous driver and a cheater.

  • I was really glad when Jacques won the title back then. He deserved it.

  • for every flamer here flaming about the two greatest driver in history of f1 senna and schumacher, you can flame and troll as long as you want, call them cheater or whatever crazy shit you talking about, it will not change the fact that they were the most successful driver ever and they always will be the best driver cry as long as you want these two guys made f1 dont forget that, they will always be the best drivers in history, they are untochable what ever you say it doesnt matter

  • lol @ 1:20

  • villeneuve clearly missed the apex..he would have turned wide and prob into gravel if schumacher didnt made that stupid move

  • funny, when schumacher does it at he is a dirty cheat, but when Senna does it at 150mph! with the risking killing or maiming another driver, he is the greatest driver of all time?? go figure.

  • @steviegbcool exactly! senna is the biggest cheat to me, he almost killed brundle in f3, punching eddie irvine, and attempting to murder prost on-track....

senna's death seems to nullify every wrongdoing he has commited in f1

  • @machvelocy oh yeah? and why because he was the only one who had the balls big enough to tell the truth and thats why he always got insignificant penalties of all kind, and the same happened with Montoya when he was in f1 if you remember......so please dont justifie anything giveing senna guilt for hes acts because prost wasnt any better and schumacher is the diertiest of all ah by the way, Senna didn't try to kill brundle because it was a race accident but he tryed to SAVE Eric Coma's life ;)

  • @MisteriesOfTheSpace maybe he felt guilty after trying to kill Prost.

  • @steviegbcool that was revenge to prost getting him a few years earlier to cost him the title, senna was good, i believe there have been better but if senna's a cheat then so is prost

  • @Lemmingmurderer yeah right, but the "revenge" is done at 150mph, while prost knocked him out on the slow chicane.

these senna vs schumi flamewars is pointless anyway, since senna fan will always insists that benetton were superior car than mclaren in 1992 (which is BS)

  • @machvelocy i dont really care which car was better, just some of the best drivers and people are the ones who go to the extreme

  • Jaques always had the gay helmets lol xD

  • You can actually see the moment when Schumacher decides to try and take both of them out of the race, Villeneuve is already 1 meter ahead of Schumacher when Schumacher tightens his line, he hesitates for a split second and than he goes for the kamikaze approach. You can spot this moment very clearly at 2.16.

Dirty driving, just like he did with Damon Hill in the last race of the 2005 season, and almost like he did with Barrichello last year (and there are a lot more of these kind of examples).

  • Off course I mean the '95 season with Damon Hill ... My bad ...

  • Cheeeaaap shot

  • I'm also seeing Villeneuve coming from waaay to far.. He was faster but this was not the moment to overtake yet. I'm sure that if he would have taken it easy and waited for perhaps another lap he would've taken him fair and square.

  • what ass hole i would of beat hem whit the helmet after the race

  • Senna did the same thing in 1990 but worse. Every one forgets that. Was Senna a cheat too?

  • @TommyBellingham you forgot Prost did first in Suzuka 89, that was just a revenge :)

  • @TommyBellingham In 1990 the story was different, since Senna was put by the organisers on the dirty part of the track, even if he was on pole. This pissed Senna to no end and said HE WILL ATTACK THE FIRST CORNER NO MATTER THE COST. He did and took himself and Prost out. This was madness, not cheating.

  • @brav0wing LOL at trying to rationalize a crash at 150 km/h

  • @brav0wing LOL at trying to rationalize a crash at 150 km/h

  • @brav0wing LOL at trying to rationalize a crash at 150 km/h

  • @TommyBellingham There is a difference. Prost did it to Senna the year before. Senna went on to win the race & keep his title chances alive only to disqualified by Balestre. 1990 Senna got pole & once again Balestre screwed him by putting pole on the dirty side of the track. To top it all off EVERY other driver thought the reason for Senna's disqualification was garbage. Watch the clip of the drivers meeting before Japan 1990.

  • @TommyBellingham

Senna was on the inside (like Villeneuve in this clip)

  • @TommyBellingham

Although Senna was just returning Prost the favour from the same race the previous year.

  • @TommyBellingham Yeah I suppose, but that was revenge for '89!

  • @TommyBellingham Maybe, but Prost did one year before in 1989 against Senna

  • Comment removed

  • @TommyBellingham - Don't try to be a retarded!!!You know Senna did not do the same thing....If Senna was in the outside part of the track and did it he would be punished because this is iligal...Senna was in the inside part of the conner and he had the right to "Spread" his car throught out the conner. This video is almost a replica of what happened with Senna in 89 when Prost did exacly the same thing that Schumacher did on this video. That's why Shumi will never be as great as Sennas was!!

  • Comment removed

  • @TommyBellingham Stupid... you forget all the shit that made Prost (coward and cheater)

  • @TommyBellingham everybody knows what happened to Senna in 1989, so please, dont compare Senna and Schumacher.

  • @TommyBellingham

It was not exactly the same, yes it was the same type of accident, but it's Senna ho tried to pass Prost and we all know what's happened

No matter what Schumacher and Senna are two wonderful drivers

  • @TommyBellingham NO Prost did that to senna in 1989 to win the title yet senna still one the race but was disqualified and had the title taken from him. So senna's crash with Prost in 1990 was only fair.

  • @74788577363 No, that's not even true. Senna got fucked over in the race by the race directors putting pole position on the slippery side of the track (off of the race line). Senna wasn't going to take that sitting down, so he was going to take the line into the corner whether or not Prost let him. Prost didn't let him, and the rest is history. Prost's fault entirely.

  • @74788577363 WRONG. The title was not taken from Senna in 89, the race win was. If Senna had kept the win he would have been 7 points behind Prost needIing to win in Adelaide with a Prost DNF. Both drivers DNF so Prost would still have been champion. Senna (2010) was unfair to Prost about this.

Senna was a great driver, but a bully on track, Prost had enough of his antics (Estoril 88, Imola 89) and did not yield. What Senna did in 1990 was despicable, he could have killed them both very easily.

  • @91debaser dont talk shit

in 89 with prost DNF at suzuka and senna winning, senna would be the wc

you could discard one result of the season

  • @PsilocybeBRA You are quite simply wrong, go look it up. Even if Senna had not been disqualified he still would have been behind Prost (7 points to be exact) with one race left (in which they both failed to finish). In 1989 only the 11 best scores counted, which might be where your discarding one result rubbish might be coming from.

Might want to check your facts before you start slagging people off.

  • @PsilocybeBRA ahaha.....senna have to win both suzuka and last race on adelaide to win the title (at adelaide on the rain senna shunt on the back of martin brundle car, by the way)

discharge a result???? actually they have to discharge 4 RESULT!!! foolish rule!!!

did you know that prost make more total points than senna also in 1988?? but he had di discharge 4 fuccking results!!

    usual taleban senna fan!!!!!

  • @TommyBellingham you just forget what Prost did to Senna in 89

  • Comment removed

  • @TommyBellingham Nobody forgets 1990 but it's not even the same as this at all. Prost did to Senna what Schumacher did in 1989, Senna still won and was DSQ'd, then in 1990 there was the pole position debate with it on the dirty side of the grid and Balestre reversing the stewards' decision to move it, and additionally Senna didn't crash Prost off the track, he went for the inside knowing what might happen and Prost turned into him, not the other way around. It wasn't as simple as Schumacher here

  • Really ... looking at the video... how can you say schumacher wanted to hit villeneuve ??? i see villeneuve hitting schumacher hard with no space for overtake and on late in braking... O_o do not look at the replay... look at the real speed action.... it happened so fast a normal human can't even see that

  • you can compare MS to senna... in this video MS is desperate his car like pig.. the only way to win is hit JV.. so he did it.. but he never planned to hit JV it just happend.

  • Villeneuve´s fault 100%

  • @thylegion @ARESJMG Oh yes. Senna was much better. Ayrton Senna who hit Prost to take the championship.

  • msc is a cheat, remember what he did to Barrichello in 2010

  • Comment removed

  • @ARESJMG senna did worse

  • @petersims411 MSC is no Senna, and never will be, so don't even compare the one to another.

  • @thylegion wrong

  • @thylegion michael is better than senna. I can show you alot of stuff Senna stuff like this also.

  • Schumacher, Senna, Hamilton... ALL use dirty tactics... They are not cheaters... They are NOT bad people... They are winners... ALL of them act on a split second... All as bad as each other... but they win and become 2 of the greatest and so far 1 of the best.... NO IT IS NOT OK TO DO But they do it on instinct to win.

  • real men use stick.

  • That was a very bad bad abusive hit from schumacher in slow mo u could see how evil schumacher was crashing into villi....

  • This is happening 10 Times every Grand Prix in all kinds of motorsports. Get over it!

  • @ARESJMG Oh whatever, it's so funny how people completely overlook Senna's dirty acts (much worse than this) but criticise Schumacher.

  • @petersims411 so, just because Senna did it, that makes it right? I'm sick of hearing excuses by Schumacher fans. Whether or not Senna did it before is irrelevant. Fact is, Schumacher is a dirty driver. Always has been, always will be. Just like Senna.

  • @BomberFletch31 Yea fair enough, I'd have to agree there.

  • God I miss these classic on screen graphics, the ones these days are awful and too complicated.

  • Schumy was maybe a cheater, but he also was a greater driver than all the others.

  • that's true gays schumacher if i could say, he won only 3 times the championship, he hit anyone want to pass him on the track. he is the dirtiest driver in the formal one history.

  • bad bad schumi but...this was racing, the good old days

like the time schumi vs villeneuve, schumi vs damon hill schumi vs hakkinen

    best saisons ever!

  • and Prost was clean??? the colision between Senna n Prost was born 1 year before...

  • Senna takes prost out, people herald his desire to win. Schumacher takes someone out he's labelled the biggest cheat there is.

  • @ARESJMG Hmmm, Id say Senna was the dirtiest driver of all time for his blatant ramming of Prost in the Japanese GP...

  • A very unsporting maneuver by Schumacher.

  • Schumacher- only a winner when in the best car by a mile and with a team built fully around HIM.

Ask Jonny Herbert- he was finishing races with half-full tanks at Benneton, thats how bad he was treated, all because he out performed Schuey in testing in the winter.

Nothing more than a fraud- manufactured titles.

  • Tried to do exactly the same he did to Damon Hill, cheat his way to the championship.

Schumacher should have 3 of his championships taken away.

He's not the best driver ever. He just had the best car for most of the time.

He is however, the dirtiest cheat of all time.

  • Schumacher is a fucking faggot and can t take defeat!!!

  • this is a 240p video but it looks like 480p :O

  • ... anyone actually watch from how far back vileneuve actually tried that move from... anyone tries that shyt today and stewards would have u parked immediately so whether schumacher turned in or not no one is suppose to try those kinds of hail marry crap passes

  • @CDUB8989 A car length back, and Schumacher left the door open, then tried to slam it when he knew Villeneuve was alongside. One of his tactics. Schumacher decided that if he couldn't win, then Jacques shouldn't finish the race. The same thing he did to Hill in '94. He is not a sportsman. He showed that with to Barrichello in Hungary 2010. Successful yes, but I'll never respect Schumacher in the way I do the likes of Clark, Senna or Jacques great dad who didn't, but would've undoubtedly won.

  • @ARESJMG

dirtiest or not but he is an amazing driver

  • Im not a Schumacher fan, i think it was hard that he got all his points removed. Whether the turn in was done in cold blood or not we will never know, but we CAN say the following. JV came from a long way back and was on the grass.

That probably caught MS off guard, I doubt he will have been expecting a move from JV, he reacted by turning to shut the door but was too late and JV was going to fast. IMO JV was going so fast there would have been a collision anyway even if MS held his line.

  • @shazmeister2005 Its blattand, everyone can see that MS Saw JV coming, there ale two distingt turn in points the first were he see the pass and thinks of giving some room, then the aggresive second turn in wich is deliberate too take out JV as he knew his pace wanst good enought to keep both Williams behind him, and lets not foget about the MacLarens wich wernt the far back either.

  • @danielaebi I have recently read an interview with MS in which he basically admits it was deliberate so that solves that. The point I still have though is that if MS had NOT turned in with the intent of taking JV out then I think that JV would have taken MS out as he was going too fast for the corner. In summary yes MS turned in but I dont think JV would have made the corner

  • @shazmeister2005

I totally agree with you mate. Villeneuve would never have made that corner had Schumacher not turned into him. And as you said, who knows, maybe he would have taken Schumacher out or he would have crashed out of the race , in both cases Schumacher would be worl champion.

In other words , Schumacher defined his own destiny with this dirty manoeuvre...

  • @shazmeister2005

  • Yeah, he sure could have dealt with that overtake attempt with more class. Had he had more class in that situation, it would have been more exciting.

  • @zaurtrien every knows that you say so sh1t i tell you one thing what make senna in spa to prost? he drive into pros car prost cant drive anymore his car was *bumbum* and senna win title next year prost make the same what senna did and win the title mansel becomes blag flag ignores 3 round and crashet into sennas car NOW EVERY BODY WILL HAVE THE TITLE idiot ALL CHAMPS CHEATET thiS IS formula 1 YOU HATER

  • @Grisu94x

    Respect!!!

Finally i find somebody on YouTube who have a little Bit Clue about F1...

    5 Stars for this Comment

  • oh sry michael that didnt work.. like in adelaide 1994.

  • I would have done the same thing to Jacques maybe a corner later punt him out. But for a world championship you do what you gotta do. And yes I am Canadian mofo.

  • Comment removed

  • why the german comments don't say it's the schumacher's fault???

  • eeryone knows schumacher is was the biggest cheater in F! history

  • @zaurtrien After Senna...

  • @schumifan78 get your facts straight, dont be just a schumifan

  • @zaurtrien Which fact have I not got straight?

  • @schumifan78 than senna was a bigger cheater than schumacher... for every cheat you say senna did, i can give you 5 schumacher made

  • @zaurtrien Yeah, he is cheater the same level with Senna and Prost. Alonso and Hamilton are becoming something like them nowadays... They are race drivers, racing to win as Senna would say. But they're among the greatest (not the greatest cheaters) racers. Not like Hill or Villeneuve. They were just the shadows of their fathers' talent.

  • @zaurtrien He still is. A total prick.

  • @zaurtrien Just you and another 23 people..

  • @zaurtrien everyone knows, all schumacher haters are the biggest whinner in F1 history :D

Haha a German is the Number 1 :P:P:P

  • PLEASE!!! WE WANTS JEREZ BACK!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Schumacher cheat

  • DIE SCHUMACHER YOU BASTARD SUN OF BITCH!!!!

  • @Donfrak

No in germany we dont say "Die Schumacher", because Schumacher is a Man, so we say:

    "Der Schumacher"

If it would be a Girl, or a Woman with second Name Schumacher, you would say "Die Schumacher"

; ) For the next time

  • Even I as schumi-fanatic have to admit that this was not fair by him and that schumacher really tried to kick his opponent out to win the championship...

  • Haha...yes, classic michael schumacher move --> "if i can't have it, i'll break it", said in his mind M. Schumacher.

  • classic michael move, completely his fault

  • Forget Barcelona- WE WANT JEREZ BACK; BERNIE!

  • I miss San mArina :'(

  • @zaqa1234 san marino not marina :)

  • @93icemanx I don't know why but it have two comments :S So yea h i know its marino as you can see from the first comment

  • @zaqa1234 Its not in San Marino its in Jerez!

  • @Handgasaffe1980 No it's not... Im pretty sure it's San Marino

  • @zaqa1234 hi ! check your facts buddy ! its Jerez 1997 ;)

  • @zaqa1234 Google it if you wont beliefe me! But the San Marino GP is always in the beginning of the season and the desicion for the World Champinship,hm let me guess and the end of the season?! Its Jerez.

  • @Handgasaffe1980 san marino is normally 3rd or 4th or it was when they raced there

  • @l0dgey It is in Jerez! Check it. That was what i mean,in the beginning, I know that San Marino is about April or May. Senna died on 1st of May in San Marino 1994. Dont be silly by keep sayin its San Marino! Merry X-MAs to you

  • @l0dgey i never once said it was san marino lol. its jerez, the last race of the season the year damon hill drove that shitty arrows. merry xmas cunt :L

  • @zaqa1234

If someone think this Race is in San Marino, and call it San Marina, so i think its the first time he watch F1...

  • Schumi thought he was up against Damon Hill.

  • @gecmartins good one ;)

  • Vileneuve did it well, the gap was 0,3 and Michael forgot to close they way inside. However, he's still one of the gratests but it was his own mastake this time.

  • this video shows very good how late villeneuve actually braked.

  • NICE FAR PLAY SHCUMI >:(
