I don't know what movie you watched but Deadpool wasn't in there.

All those characters are the biggest flaw of the movie.

yes, but it leaves alot of questions to be answered. Does this mean Wolverine can survive if the same thing happens?

Yep there are alot of questions but Maybe Deadpool's healing ability is stronger than Wolverine's?

In Marvel's Hulk vs, Deadpool puts his arm back together.

And from what I read, The Hulk (in an alternate timeline or something) kills Wolverine by ripping him in half.

If you look at it as an action movie, not knowing comics is great. the parts i had a problem with are simple things like. The movie does not explain where the name "Logan" came from, its added to his dog tag why? and how does Deadpool bend his elbows with swords in his arms?

well i see it this way if i wated a actin move i would go see die hard if i wanted a movie about the story of my favorite character would go watch a comic book movie but this movie ws a joke and not a very good one
