You need to do some studies and research. The Watchtower claims to be YHWH prophets, yet they prophesy lies in His name. (Read Deut 18:20-22). They have continuously changed their teachings to conform with their beliefs, E.g. The Finished Mystery 1917 ed pg 15 stated that Jesus was the Almighty, that leaves me to wonder what will happen to JW's that had worshiped Jesus back then and referred to him as the almighty. Will they be annihilated since this was creature worship?

@jerramy I have to disagree, WE do have pity for the sick,injured ect. I help them out every day. i give my time to terminally ill children often. The hope we give people is the time on earth when no more sickness and death will be around (REV 21:3,4) That is the best hope and empathy one could have for someone. Hope for the future

If you offer people eternal life and favor from some divine being, asking a selling price of giving up independent thinking is not too much to ask of many. Its a choice, Would you rather have independent thinking or eternal life and gods favor. that was the last time they made a prophecy for the world ending in 1975...it was used as a scare tactic to recruit new followers...
They have since stopped that because of the embarassment that it casuses them....even to this day! Which is why you dont know about it..

I read that in 1975 is was the mark of mankind being on earth for 6000 years that doesn't sound like a scare tactic to me.

nooooo...that was the date they they said the world would end. People sold their homes, quit jobs, and lived on the road waiting for this armageddon (which they had FALSY predicted 5 times before)!!!

no but i know alot about paid actors when i see them and everything i see on tv that bashes the jehovah's witness those are actors that are hired by the leaders of christendom. Beleive me those men in christendom are bad if not worse than the jehovah's witness. Always going to hell in a hand basket if I don't do as they say and the bible doesn't teach that. All I know is when BIG GOVERNMENT falls and the BIG CHURCHES falls that will be a great day for mankind.

I have.....I have read it in the ORIGINAL hebrew/greek. have you??? NO!!! Because if you did, you would know that the Bible says NOTHING about "homosexuality" that is just how people interpreted it! And number two....being gay has NOTHING to do with me being christian, you CAN be both

I have read multiple Bibles through, cover to cover. They ALL say the SAME THING. It sounds like you just want to justify it in your mind so that you can practice it. I have read some of the original hebrew/greek also.

obviously you havent read it......otherwise you would know that the hebrew, and the greek for that matter DOES NOT mention or persecute homosexuality....sorry. Only English translators put that in because some words you just cant translate into english....and lets say it is a sin (which it isnt) even if I was practising, it doesnt mean im not, or cant be a christian

So, are you telling me that you believe that ALLLLL Bibles that are in english are WRONG!? Because it is VERY CLEAR on this topic. So, everyone needs to become fluent in Hebrew/Greek to learn what God expects of us? How obsurd! We live in a permissive society these days, don't we! How sad.

im not saying they are ALLL wrong.....but they are wrong in a lot of things. Its just the truth, if you actually understand how languages work then you would understand that. And btw we DO NOT live in a permissive society....at least, not permissive enough!

Yes JW's CERTAINLY do!!! They let thier people doe for stupid reasons like not allowing blood, or disfellowshipped Jw's kill themselves because of the pain of being shunned! that is BLOOOD!!! And btw....all he things u mentioned were over 300 years ago!!! That has nothing to do with modern days....except those mislead evil JW's that let people die NOW!!! And besides....CHRISTIANS are right, you are just blind isolated sheep who preverted the idea of Christianity

How many women were raped in Malawi b/c of your organization? Do you know the history behind that persecution of jws in Malawi how jw women were raped and killed? How many jw men were killed b/c of the organization?
Check into this and you'll be shocked at what you find about your precious organization!

watchtower says you must achieve a level of rightiousness, and be loyal to there orginization and God will save you,
the bible says man in completely incapible of reaching a rightiousness worthy of Gods favor, and that God justifys the wicked, not the rightious, because they put there faith and trust in jesus, who drank down the wrath of god for your sins so you dont have to.

Next time you meet a jw ask them to put their belief in their own words without referring to the bible,their literature, or without mentioning the "organization" at all. Ask them to explain it so it makes sense to you. I'm pretty sure they won't be able to do it.

When a JW comes to your door. Take the time to share with them the truth about Jesus Christ. Especially Ephesians 2,8 and John 3:16 and Romans chptr 11, vrs 6. Then let the Holy Spirit convict them of the Truth.

I'm not a JW, but man has made decisions for themselves for thousands of years, and look how the world turned out? Full of hate, wars, rape, murder and other crimes against humanity. No JW has EVER committed crimes.

This is just not true. My aunt's family who are JWs have all been in and out of jail for drugs and stealing. One of her inlaws who attended the kingdom hall I went to had a construction business 2 or 3 years ago. He was supposed to build a house for someone my husband and I know very well. Instead, he took our friend's money (as well as money from other families he was building homes for) and left town. All baptized witnesses.

when you study religian of the world, you will find there are only two, packaged in different boxes but all the same stuff.
you have the religion of works,
you become rightous then god finds merit in you to save you,
or you have the religion of grace, God justifys the wicked because jesus died in there law place.

cadavercity, isn't it best to have works? talk is cheap and so is worship if it doesn't have fine works. this is what people usually say when they want to claim they worship God, but do as they immorally please. these are hypocrites, aren't they?
God justifies the unrighteous, but i'm not sure about wicket. there's a huge difference. i would not want to be classified as wicket, do you?

They dont force anybody 2 join them. Introverts will never join them. Ive known JWs 4 many years here in Poland and am still not a JW myself and never will be. I believe in the Almighty God but i dont really like ANY religion. I dont like 2 talk 2 them but I like reading their literature. My wife told them the first time she didnt want 2 talk 2 them and they have honored her choice ever since.

I was an unbaptized publisher. I went door to door and spoke with people, yet I am most definitely an introvert. My reasons for leaving the organization had nothing to do with being shy or introverted. It had everything to do with the truth of God's word.

If u were an introvert u wouldnt have been brainwashed into going door 2 door 2 talk 2 strangers. It has nothing 2 do with being shy but it has everything 2 do with introverts not enjoying groups of people or orgamizations and talking 2 strangers, and not letting themselves being brainwashed into anything.

This is just tip of the iceberg. We have been contacted by so many people who have, in my opinion, have been released from this satanic cult. My heart is glad to see and hear from these people. Now they have a chance to live a proper christian life with out the influence of a bunch of men who are in fact, in my opinion, a joke. Please do not fear them, they are false prophets.
