When he mentions nearly every phone number in Britian has changed - this must have been when they added a '1' into some numbers - I thought they did that in the 80s!

@SPTSuperSprinter156 correct on 16 April 1995 which was Easter Sunday. All phone numbers which began with a 0 then began with 01.
