That's poor training. Four people can simultaneously repel off a Blackhawk (two on each side). The guys are coming down the rope way too slowly. There is no tactical advantage to what they are doing. They should go to the US Army's Air Assault school to receive proper training. BTW, thanks for what you do for the community.

To get into SWAT you typically have to do 4 years at least as a traffic cop then move into a Metro (if you have one) division. Then and only then can you even tryout to make the SWAT team.

For the tards. They are rappelling.  They have a harness on and are physically attached to the rope using a carabiner and some sort of device to slow their ascent (probably an 8).

Umm. They are fast roping. Rapelling is where they have to kick off of something, whereas fast roping you are, well, fast roping. Gravity does all the work in fast roping, thus it is called 'fast' roping.
