Chuggaa.. you might wanna reconsider the requirements.. I watched the video and went to the orbs.. I chose not to go to Celestic Town immediately as I wanted to check if I had forgotten to get any items on my way to Dialga and Palkia, back when I had to fight Team Galactic.. I was surprised seeing that I was able to get Dialga and Palkia right away.. There seems to be no requirement other than having the orbs..

get waterfall, go to a cave that randomly has the items that makes them appear, go to the town that has the relic symbols on the wall to make cynthia talk to you again but she wont unless you've beaten heatran, why? Its pokemon they don't want to make sense, and after that you have to check out a random book, then go to the area that you got into when you went in the distortion world and there you will find a portal...

@thebdboy778 OK, Heres how you do this. first you have to beat the pokemon league. then you have to go to celestic town and talk to the old person whowill talk to you about dialga and palkia in the big house over the cave where you battle cyrus. then you get the adamant orb and the lustrous orb in mt coronet then you have to go to spear pillar(where the distortion world portal is and where you battle mars and jupiter with your rival)

@Riolu210 first go to resort area and go up to route 229 past the sandstorm place and go into the entrance.when your on the other side of the entrance go up into the other storming place.then get on ur bike and go over the mud thing.then just follow through and go up the stairs. then go on the bike entrance and just go through it. P.S you battle pokemon magcargo,slugma,rhydon,weezing and ................. HEATRAN but theres a little entrance where heatran is hope this helped!
