I didn't have much trouble with the levels for most of the game. I'd always just get S rank or A at first, then a B or two when the later levels bogged me down....then the last level. DEAR LORD CAULDER GET OUT OF THOSE EFFING DUSTERS AND STOP BASE RAPING ME! Lol, I really wish I could beat it, but reguardless this game is really fun. I think it's the most balanced and all out best of the series. It's too bad they said they're not making more of these. TT_TT

For the motors I made a group of md tanks and the motor concentrated on them. The 2nd motor wasn't to bad either because my bombers stayed in range long enough to blow up the last laser and Amazing I won yaaaaaay :D

I haven't beat the mission, but I remember something similar happens with Rachel's power. See, the bomb has a sort of square of action, just see how big it is and try spreading your troops so that the damage can be minimized or it might even hurt black units.
waht i did was, when i had like 4 bombers with 1 hp, i pulled them back to the corner of the left side (for the west front) and put them there, so the bombs woul keep aiming at them. Somtimes it works, sumtimes it doesnt. worked for me, but not my brother
I'm not sure but I think that Penny girl is actually Lash from the previous games. Penny laughs the same way as Lash and they both seem not to care if other people die. Also they seem to be crazy. O.o

the Cos are useless as long as they aren't in the battle, and even if they are, their force is limited to a short distance and using the Co Power is also way more tedious than it should be. some characters don't even have one. What the hell ist this shit? What were they thinking? And the last mission, 5 laser beams doing 8 HP damage, Bombs doing 5 when they hit and producing enemies for free? I think any sane person would shut it off

I can see you are a big fan of the other games but I like this change the Tag Powers and Super CO Powers were just annoying. The game revolved around filling the meters more then actual warfare. This games makes you think of new ideas to get to the enemy, all that changed was you can't use a Tag Power/ Super CO Power to do all the work for you.
Yeah, with the old COs gone, I was mad (Personally, I loved half of the old cast)... and also, the lack of the Neotank (those guys were beasts, even though they were $22K or less with sale buffs or Colin, they were very versatile).
Dual Strike can be arguably be the best one IMO. Colorful cast, decent scenarios.
You can always hit the Tactics button if you are stuck. I used it a few times when i was stuck and it gave me some pretty nice info. Although that's almost cheating... you are supposed to figure it out on your own. Either way the Tactics option has some pretty unique dialogue almost every time thats good for a lul or 2. I would suggest looking at them.

Von Bolt gettin the energy to make clones, that would mean when they finally destroyed the super ooze, they didn't really stop anything and Caulder would use the energy to make clones, and stuff. But what he did was take the baby and isolate it from all outside interference, so he had thousands of clones that are exactly like Isabella. Caulder doesn't have any normal children, he doesn't look like the kinda guy who would wanna get laid

I found out that spamming bombers is the easiest and most effective way to complete this mission. Naturally, if you want to fetch more points. Then you will have to mix up ground / air units effectively.

in the 1st Advance Wars was only the normal Co Power as well, and I still enjoyed playing it
Sturm was long time a hard enemy as well, and yeah, I really missed him in Dual Strike
but in this one, all the old COs are gone, and I think that's sad
there are some COs you can't unlock either
so, what's the point of having them? this game is definately the worst in the AW saga.
