  • This video is a real eye-opener!! Obesity is defenitely not funny --not only is it highly unattractive but also extremely dangerous to our health!! I try my best to watch over my kids weight & eating patterns!! Good one Squince & of course well done to partydude9999 too!! Good acting!! 5*****

  • Good Job, Alex!

  • Great video Squince :)

  • Thanks luvbeags. I do need to change some of our eating habits because I do buy too much of the sweet stuff. Yuck!

  • GOOD JOB!

  • Thanks for watching my video!

  • Great video. Eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoiding processed and refined foods is the right choice but hard to do when there is so much junk food available in the market. Thanks for posting. 5 stars

  • You are so right, fruits, vegetables and dancing lessons from bubblybombshell can benefit us all. Love you vids, keep them coming. :)

  • Well said and done Squince.

  • Thank you my friend for stopping by, I was actually munching on a carrot. :)

  • I heard it said time, and time again that if you haven't got your health, then you haven't got anything at all. This resonates as truth to me, because if your body isn't healthy, it follows that your mind may soon fall ill, and then begins a vicious cycle.

This video makes an important statement that attention to what we eat, and making sound choices will result in better health, both mentally and physically. Here begins the beautiful cycle of a life well lived for our families, and for us.

  • I really have to change my own eating habits myself. I want to live longer to be able to enjoy any future grandchildren, and of course I want my children to live a longer and healthier life than I will ever live, so it's time to make a change. :)

  • Great vid, thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you for dropping by! :)

  • Supersizeme. Well done. And watch out for saturated fats and added salt

  • You're right, parents need to set a good example for their kids and teach them good eating and exercise habbits. The parent is the one who does the shopping and the food preparation, so it's important to provide healthy foods for them. I also think that nowadays, kids lead a very sedentary lifestyle, which doesn't help at all. It's really a very sad epidemic.

  • Thank you sweetkitty I couldn't have said it any better. It's selfish of parents to take our children's health for granted by constantly supplying them with junk. I'm guilty of it and I so have to change our eating habits.

  • I hate it being called a problem and looked at as a character flaw. I hate that people have such a deep-seeded hatred for fat people as if they think everyone can be a size 2 no problem. I think people's attitudes need to change and kids should be taught to accept each other instead of ostracize others for their differences. That's the real problem in society is the hatred.

  • It's not about being thin at all, it's not even about hating fat people! It's a very scary thing when this generation is told they probably won't outlive their parents. I am as guilty because I do buy them this kind of junk. I am the parent so it is up to me to supply them with healthy choices, they are the children so they eat what I supply them with. They can not go out and buy their own food, so they rely on me as a parent. I want my kids to live a long healthy life, not a thin life!

  • I can understand that. Just be careful. It seems like a lot of people learn to take the "be healthy" thing as "fat people need to die" when they grow up. As for people who are already grown up, I do not believe they care at all about a stranger's health or well-being. They just want all fat people to be thin for their own satisfaction because they have a hatred towards fat people.

  • You are so right, and what really scares me is my eating habits. I use to exercise not anymore, not at all, I've gained weight, my joints hurt, I don't feel healthy and I know I'm not. So I get depressed. So I started thinking, wow, I go out and buy junkfood because I want it but at the same time I'm feeding that to my children so they are headed to where I am right now, & probably sooner if I don't make the right choice. Size 2 is so wrong, I think each person needs to find their ideal weight.

  • Right. I don't believe everyone, especially women, should be expected to keep their weight under 100 lbs. But from my experience, that's what most people want.

  • Children nowadays are seldom active and most are even driven to school and back. It`s no wonder there`s an obesity problem! Takeaway food and ready meals add to the problem.Parents are the ones who are in control, but the children are the ones who suffer! Well done! Stars and hugs..Jan & Susan. x

  • Yes, it's time that we stop making excuses, and help our children who are in crisis. I saw the Oprah show recently on children who are obese, and they were crying out for help. I understand for some children it's genetic or hormonal but the statistics show that over eating and junk food play the biggest role in obesity.

  • Very good video and a great message a long with it. Liked the added little burp at the end lol But with all jokes aside wonderful video

  • Wow... That was a real eye-opener. I don't have kids yet, but I may someday. If I do, I want to make sure they have fun by actively playing with friends, playing sports, or anything that will prevent such an epidemic. Thank you, my dear Squince for sharing this video with me. btw, I need to do some exercises myself. LOL

    Love & hugs,

    Angie

  • I used to eat so much when I was younger, but I also got out and about a lot. My metabolism was faster and I got a lot more exercise. I was about 125 pound when I graduated High School. Now I'm 200 and I'm sure my heart has suffered because of my weight. Kids should maybe get out and run and play and have fun more than some do. I suspect sometimes kids as well as adults overeat trying to fill a void in their lives, I know I have.

  • I'm so glad you agree! I think I need to do a lot of work on myself also, and yes it is one of the hardest things to try to accomplish.

  • This is an excellent video. You present a very important issue and get the message out in a timely manner. The visual of the child becoming obese in front of our eyes is better than thousands of words in endless reports. This should spark conversations on what to do about this growing (pardon the pun) problem.

  • I need to do a lot of reevaluating on what I provide for my kids when it comes to snacks, I need to make healthier choices so I'm just as guilty as anyone else. Thank you for dropping by my son's channel.
