that hit was shoulder to chest. that's how you want to hit someone. he's not leading with his helmet into the other players helmet at all. he drops his head and follows through into his sternum. foord is responsible for knowing that, even though he is pursuing the ball carrier, he could get rocked with a block like that at anytime.
