@extremepsychogamer gts450 is an underrated card, the GTX550 barely outperforms it. I own a GTX580, and I will tell people the gts450 is a pretty good option if your trying to save money while sacrificing minimal performance. You don't need a $500 card to run the latest games.

@buzz9961 Thats all hear say and propaganda. Never had trouble with ATI derivers. Always download the newest drivers from the website and never use the old 1 on the DVD that comes with the card. This rule applies for both Nvdida and AMD/ATI. And any1 who says that nvidia drivers dnt have problems are full of shit trust me. Look up gtx 580 dual display problems also driver issues in bf3 for Nvidia. Drivers are software and all software have glitches and bugs.

@rexza73 See, that's a touchy subject. On games that nvidia sponsors(games that have the nvidia logo when the game starts), nvidia buys ad space within that game. They also contribute dev teams to help develop and test a game 'free of charge'. This is completely legal, although many people find this a bit immoral, as it leaves the potential for favoritism too much in nvidia's court. The good thing about this is it has drove ati/amd to deliver amazing performance at much lower cost :)

everyone pay close attention to the game play shown, i notice random freezes even if its only like 1 second or less i do not have this problem with 2 580s in sli with a physx card gtx 460.....i can even run crysis maxed with tessilation and high rez with a single gtx 580 without this freeze

AMD has less than half the resources that Nvidia has and yet they are able to compete...Also, don't you realize that AMD has been focused on performance per watt. I'm sure that Kepler will perform better when it comes out but it will also consume a lot more power which = more noise & more heat.

@thierryvt Yeah, I had some crossfire issues when I was using dual 6850s as well. I just put a new build together recently with dual 3GB GTX 580s though, and they work flawlessly in SLI. I've never had any problems with them.
