Crap stall spins in training! Are they required to get my liccance?

I ask this cause I get bad motin sick as it is. Have you guys heard of the relief band. Ginger doesnt work for me

This is an excellent video, very informative! Shame about the lack of pixels though! I've just (today) done steep stalls and spiral dives in my training. Excellent fun!
