Step it UP We want a carbon Tax,Carbon tax on internet, it would increase gas $3.00 a gallon increase food and goods because of shipping cost .and a increase in electric 1/3 higher,so I believe if it is a problem lets fix it by Shut off all electric 6 days a week,only drive car one day a week, only turn water on city for 2 hours a day, We have to save earth mandatory prison in dark cell, SAVE the EARTH get SERIOUS,

Actually, the Congress isn't the best place to fight global warming. Have your city, county or state pass an ordinance that all new construction of housing needs to be neutral. That will be more effective.

That's great, however, you have to act locally. Congress is of little use, there would be more impact if you focused on your city, county and state to mandate carbon neutral, energy efficient homes.

Why do we make homes without solar panels anyhow? Think about it.
