@empyreanlc The GN Condensers on its arms and legs? Those store excess GN particles put out by the GN Drive. Their particle stores are called upon in battle so you have more power then just what is being output by the GN Drive since it isn't always able to output fast enough. Technically if the GN Drives are ejected a mobile suit can still move with whatever particles it has remaining in its Condensers.
