I have this sword. Purchased it as a gift for a final fantasy fan. It's real heavy steel. Stays on very well. Taking apart takes some getting used to. But all the pieces fit well & stay on firmly. Too heavy to wield with one hand. Also it arrived in the mail very sharp. It's not for practical use. More for memorabilia and a great conversation piece:)
