i got this camcorder and im thinking about swaping it for another one. the quality isnt the problem, i just cant seem to put my videos onto windows movie maker or anything. it says that it doesnt support the format and something about a codex missing or sumthin. ??

if u cannot put the files to windows movie maker ... well i got the solution for u, u knee to convert the files using a video converter

This is a good camera. when in good lighting the picture is amazing. I don't know much about camera's but this camera is great for movie making

i think this cam got good clarity and excellent OIS. even in the lense is perfectly focusing even in fast zooming.

Imi pare rau, camera nu imi apartine, iar inregistrarea a fost facuta cu ocazia lansarii pentru presa a noilor camere Panasonic. Mai multe poze ale camerei si un mini-test gasesti pe tektonic(dot)ro

i tried this myself, the quality is the same =O its amazing, but the full zoom is too hard to control, i had to use a tripod

as with all camcorders you need to zoom slowly, step by step. so the lens has time to focus. If you do it too quick, you loose quality.

also if you zoom over 70x, you will need a tripod.

I bought this cam 2 months ago and it is fab.

recommend it to anyone. the best zoom there is and the stabeliser function is much better than on sony or jvc.

that was the default quality... everything set on auto, no special fine tuning or anything. For Standard Definition it wasn't bad at all
