  • i get it now vern didnt want any living people in the group thats why she was so mean

  • "Vern shut up and listen!"

"Did you hear what i just said?!"

*Funniest lines imo just the way he says it and all =)

  • "what a tweest!"

but seriously i heard m night shamalayn was inspired by are you afraid of the dark and its twist endings. says so on wikipedia lol

  • I KNEW IT!!!!!

  • DUDE! ... that's an excellent story. .. the ending totally had be tricked! :D

I love it!... it's the kinda twist that makes you re-watch the episode just because of the ending

  • @wuhnderland yup that's why this was one of the scariest episodes for me ^_^

  • GIVE ME MY HARMONICA!!! lol :D i love that scene.

  • @MafiaScarecrow i remember i like shat myself the first time i saw that as a kid lol

  • one the kids tombstone it said 72 so i think he died a long time ago

  • the 90s they were some badass times

  • how cloud you be scard of an old guy

  • @alexmonte21 'Cause the old guy's got an axe..?

  • Soooo. That Marshall kid lures living kids into playing hide and seek with him and he gets them to hide in his grave so that Corocoran buries them alive and then the new kids join Marshall's group? Is that whats happening? Man thats creepy.

  • @soso694 Seems like it, I think.

...Damn, that is just LAYERS of disturbing creepiness. In a show for kids.

  • @soso694 seriously it is freaking creepy.

  • haha classic!

  • I was NOT upset by this, I was just playing along with the overall idea. Maybe Bodom Tranquility has a problem with the concept of Irony. Or they are just a stupid, meddlesome asshole. Sodom Tranquility?

  • 1st time I saw this, I was scared!

  • 0:33-0:53 my favorite part

  • For not being a ghost, the gravedigger sure looked like shit.

  • I guess the Old man would scold em for annoy him , then phoning their parents, and then the boys would be grounded.

  • this sure was a lot more epic when I was a kid during Snick's inception. Back then if one episode sucked at least you'd think, ahh I got like 4 more kick ass shows to go

  • I don't remember seeing this one when I was a kid, but I love it now because of the twist ending.

  • Frank didn't say Not it!

  • Give me my harmonica! L

  • so all the kidz were dead nd the old man was actually alive nd the mean as girl was trying to protect them from who knows what and that white boy was just tryin to get them in the grave with him idk y im guessing he was horny? who knows

  • @MissMom4evr people wanna reconnect to their childhood, I mean Yah the 90's are gone but we can't just move on... the 90's to me as a child, were the best

  • @popbaby102 Amen! Back then all we had to worry about was Clintons next sex scandal.

  • i dont think they would have died beacuse old man corcocan was always alive (i think) they made up that he was dead so they would come when they were acctually dead. they just wanted some new people to play with.

  • This is hands down one of the scarriest episodes. It still gives me chills. I'm kind of confused. Sissy didn't want them there, dead, so she was mean, and was kind of saving them. The other boy wanted him there, so he wanted them dead?

  • @LizLovesLolipops the kid were all read dead, but the 2 brothers didn't die

  • now thats wut u call a mind fck

  • Don't ever fuck with old man Corcoran.

  • Old man cork head

  • Anyone notice how suddenly pale the kids look? Pale and blue?

  • But then how did those kids die?

  • Those kids need to be more scared of the other "ghosts" in the white sheets and hoods.

  • can someone please tell me what happened??? i dont get it! is the old man dead or not? did he kill them all?

  • @charmed8989 The kids were obviously ghosts, but no, the old man (who is alive) did not kill them.

  • @charmed8989 No he didnt kill them. Otherwise he wouldnt have sounded so sad. When he was twelling those two about their deaths. And no I dont think the old man ids dead either.

  • that was pure awesomness!! good ending

  • ... I miss the 90's

  • @rt611 I do too! Back then all we had to worry about was Clintons next sex scandal.

  • Why does everyone keep saying 'I miss the 90s' and 90s this and 90s that on these AYAOTD videos? I think we all know by now that the show was on in the 90s. Why does everyone have to keep repeating over and over I miss the 90's? They're over. Let's move on.

  • @MissMom4evr Because today's programming sucks and absolutely nothing's original or entertaining. It's all mindless garbage. These are great stories. I would love it if TV actually hired writers that knew how to cook up good stories like these writers were doing on each episode.

  • @CRGamer1 I do agree with you because I also grew up in the 90s. It just seems like people say 'I love the 90's' a lot. That's all I'm saying. 90's TV was great.

  • @MissMom4evr I miss the nineties too! Back then all we had to worry about was Clintons next sex scandal.

  • @MissMom4evr Some of us cant!

  • Corcoran's got music recorded on wax cylinders! Damn, those are fucking antiques!

  • 1:28 I'll admit, that pout she made tugged on my heart strings a bit.

  • I was not expecting to like this episode that much. I actually found it to be brilliant. Now it's one of my favorites.

By the way, I might use Kiki's line: "Ha, goof! Ha ha ha."

  • Something that always confused me about this episode.

Was Old Man Corcoran really a ghost/evil? I mean, he said that he buried those kids, was he implying that he killed them, or that the kids died some other time, and he just so happened to be the one in charge of burring the bodies. I could just be overthinking this episode

  • @simpsonwizekid Yeah, the old man wasn't dead. He buried those kids when he was younger.

  • @simpsonwizekid No. I dont think he killed them. Otherwise he wouldnt have sounded sao sad when he told them about their deaths.

  • It isn't so scary if we just watch it on tv.but if that actually happened to one of us in real life, it would be sso creepy.

  • The lonely ghost

  • Kristen and Davids last episode ='[[

  • Surprisingly good. For the first 15 minutes I was bored and thought this one was gonna suck, but the twist was surprisingly good. A nice ending to the 2nd season.

  • @Artonelicofanatic2 tottaly agre..this one started a little boring..but in the end become one of my favorites

  • also the girl who said, "you promised me I'd be the last one to join." was that implying that if she joined the group that Marshall wouldnt try to hurt anyone else? Man this is a spooky tale..

  • @codebreaker212p I would assume so, But at the same time, If she was trying to protect them from Marshall. Why, In blue hell was she in their garage calling them chicken, Knowing full well, Boys of that age are going to get defensive, Than do exactly what they wanted. Guys, especially younger like that, Does not deal well with being called a chicken

  • seems the girl who was the meanest of the group was actually trying to save the boys. wow.

  • @codebreaker212p sorry would you please explain something. does marshall get new players for their hide and seek game by um killing kids?

  • @cherryblossom013579 I cant explain it any better then you just did. It very well may be true..

  • @codebreaker212p see i never got that when i was a little kid but i figured now that marshall was the real jerk while vern was indirectly trying to save those boys in her own strange way i guess. that's why he tell them to hide in his grave at the end...meaning check out time. x_x thanks though!

  • @cherryblossom013579 I think thats how it works unfortunately.

  • i lost my virginity to this show!

  • gary probably wasnt ther because he was appearing on another canadian show..called ready or not..as amandas boyfriend..n amanda was also in a few ayaotd eps lik lonely ghost

  • They just M. Night Shyamalan'd my ass!

  • "Get outta here!"

    "MAKE ME!"

    Classic response.

  • Vern, shut up and listen!

  • Lol, the ending was pretty predictable. Maybe I've just seen so many of these, they are easy to guess lol.

  • nostalgia, i miss when i was a kid and these shows were the best shit on tv

  • They should totally make a movie bout this, well they probably have one just like it actually.

  • This epsiode reminds me of the Goosebump book :Ghost Beach.

  • @Delightbunnie Oh yeah, I read that. Quite alike.

  • This show is awesome!!

  • I dunno who was thee only persn who disliked the vid, but WAT PLANET R U FRUM!!!!!

  • "Look a little closer next time."

  • So Marshall wants the two kids to die while the girl who doesn't want them to join was trying to save them from dying.

  • i like that old record player .

  • I finally understand y that group always had the same clothes on

  • @tiggerlover41 but it doesn't make sense that they would have 90ish clothes on.

  • I thought Jack and Kenny were "it"? So why does he want them to hide??

  • Talk about twist endingsXD! That was classic:D!

  • oh shitteee nigga

  • I loved the ending a nice twist.

  • the end credits theme song is so awesome!

  • weird how kenny knew his name was Marshal mclain wen throughout the whole entire episode he dnt mention his name or anyone call him by his name cept 4 wen they both turn around and c his tombstone but he knew his name b4 that 2

  • @crzer07

It's because he was in a rush to get them to "join" thier group

@Monsterenergy212 Marshal mention his and everyone's names when they show up at the graveyard.

  • Comment removed

  • I like the twist in this one .

  • who is the one asshole that keeps disliking every part

  • "they can never find you in here." who's 'they'? I thought they were the ones who were IT, and he popped up like nothing happen. lol why do ghosts like to talk with hazy ambiguations?

  • i wonder how those kids went to sleep that night? Or were they just scared for life?

  • Anybody notice that Gary's missing from that last scene?

  • LMAO 0:56-1:06

  • i used to stay home for this show never wantit to miss a second of it my favorite ones has to bee this one and either the show where the boy takes the souls away to stay young and the water demons those two are on my top ten number 1 and 2 cant deside who is one and who is two but those are the best to me also old man corcoran was the first one i watch on youtube after i was searching for the episodes never realy liked the tale of locker 22 some hippy girl never liked it or the with the trains

  • @oscherry509 The only episode, I can't stand is " tale of the dream girl" I fucking hate that stupid episode, Mostly because something about "Johnny" the main character in that one, Rub me the wrong way, I just want to smash his teeth in.

  • so scary I saw the end 2 times..:O

  • One of the best endings on this show.

  • 4:02 Michael Jackson . . .

  • Comment removed

  • @K0opa How is it Michael Jackson???

  • @Cutiebearism On the credits, the guy who played Kevin is name Michael Jackson lol

  • @K0opa

it's Michael Alexander Jackson...but yea, he pretty much gots the name :D

  • One the best for story, one the worst for acting...

  • somebody explain to me how the hell the ghost kids were showin up at the house in the day time... i mean... wat the hell... really.?

  • @guttapyro yes.... and I'm noting that these ghosts talk more and more than others in last episodes

  • THE BEST EPISODE EVERRRRR

  • I FUCKING MISS THE 90s!!

  • I used to wonder about the girl who didn't want them to join the group; was it because she did not want to be replaced? She was dead, so that couldn't be it. In hindsight, I think she was trying to save them in a weird way.

  • @DigitalOberon i guess she did try to save them. She didn't want them in her grave.

  • @MsSarjen not, she told them to get their own grave....

  • @zafrier But she also told them Corcoran was a ghost - why would she tell them ghost stories if not to scare them away. It's very apparent from everything she says throughout the episode that she doesn't want them around, which could imply she doesn't want them dead.

  • @MsSarjen but she told Marshall like she was jealous, remember what he said about sick of playing with the same people since, and she answered since I joined?, maybe implying also that they wanna be special as a club....

  • @DigitalOberon /cackle

  • @DigitalOberon haha i dont think i would have thought of that sober.

  • 0:29

OMG, the acting in this episode was so awful!! XD

  • thats the 90s for ya

  • this episode is the last of the 2° season (that means the last episode with Kristen & David)

  • 0:57 to 1:01 What the hell kind of screaming/running is that? Lol!

  • @SylM84 Classic AYAOTD screaming/running, that's what kind! lol, yes it's cheesy, but that's why I love it. Reminds me of the brothers in the Haunted Cab episode, screaming and running from Dr. Vink's house - still makes me laugh myself sick!

  • Oh, I remember seeing this episode when I was little! I think this is the only one I wasn't scared of seeing.

  • yeah old school

  • yeah its bothering me that you dont see gary at the end...

  • @hadla he got scared...

  • Totally saw that coming.

  • um, why would the leader ask them to hide anyway...? i mean they're IT ....they arent supposed to be hiding XD

  • he probably want them dead.

  • @chidoriookami yes, got dead memory too....

  • @chidoriookami I don't know, it *could* very well be a goof, but I don't think so. I think that this is where the ghost kids "forget" the rules of the game and show their true intentions. Hadn't the brothers been so freaked out about Corcorans ghost, they would have realised something was wrong.

  • "Get outa here! I was here first!" I love double meanings....

  • "Sor-ry, we didn't see your NAME on it!"

"Look a little closer next time."

    Pretty creepy.

  • I think I could've been friends with the leader if he wasn't a ghost.

  • where the heck is gary??

  • "Give me my harmonica!" This was the first episode of AYAOTD I saw as a kid and that made me lol.

  • @darthgrahf i know right? ahahaha i lawled wen i saw/heard that part XDD "give me my harmonica" he sounded like...a grumpy crazy grampa XD lol

  • I want to know what would've happened if they jumped in the grave.

I think I would have liked ghost friends to play hide & seek. Especially if they're normal and out in the day.

  • I loved Kikis stories, they were always the kreepiest ones. Her, Mary Anne & Franks stories were always good.

  • @Socoolscienceshow It's Betty-Anne, Not " Mary anne" Also, I disagree that Kiki had the creepiest, But I Do agree frank and BETTY anne had great one's.

  • Awesome show, scared me senseless when I was a kid, still creepy today.

  • 4:49 wow couldnt believe how old it is.

  • that grl is suchan enigma i would beat her up. haha jk but those kids r ghosts arent they, i knw it! and that old man is prob the ":good guy'

  • The old Man is a ghost too, how else could have dug those graves. If you pay attention to the stones when you see them, you'll notice how long they've been there, so he couldn't of dug them and still been alive.

  • not quite, this show was made in the early 90's and at least judging from the one kid's gravestone, he died in the 70's. That would only be 20 years prior, actually less than that since it was 1978. If old man Corcoran has been digging graves his whole life (though a pretty unfortunate career), he probably dug those graves when he was a bit younger. Either way, it's possible for old man Corcoran to have dug those graves and still be alive.

  • @MJ0428 What do you mean? The last grave we saw was dug in 1978, which wasn't long ago in the early 90's at all. My sister was born that year, she was around 15 when this ep was aired. So, yes Old Man Corcoran coul have dug them when he was 15 years younger, and still be considered old by those kids.

  • @MsSarjen haha, i was like 5 or 6 cause i'll be 23 soon

  • @MJ0428 Did you ever notice the old man was, well.... an old man? Which means he would have been living for many decades, i.e. he might have been born in the 20's or around that. He could very well be living both in 1978 (albeit younger) and in the 90's.

  • @MsSarjen I see...so he has all that old stuff and everything just for decoration?

  • that was really good i liked this ep

  • weren't the two black brothers 'it' when this game started? why the hell were the other kids telling them to hide? lol

  • haha i was just about to comment on the same matter, stupid vernon telling them to get out when they found her, that's not how the game works.

  • i swear any secound now m.j. going pop out and sing thriller.

  • Classic chiller!!!!!

  • HaHa i knew it...them kids had

on the same clothes the whole episode...lol they betta be glad

that they dnt go in his grave or

they wldve been playin hide n go

    seek 4EVA!!lol

  • @BabyGurlz16S yeah, they didn't noticed....

  • when I saw this episode's ending it shocked me

  • This one had the best ending.

  • where's Gary?

  • wow i didnt expect dat outcome but it was one of da best

  • y is it that whenever the main characters are being chased 1 of them falls on nothing?!

  • GIVE ME MY HERMONICA LOL

  • @johnnyfive22 Makes me wonder if they wouldn't have acted so if he had simply said, "Excuse me you two fine young gentlemen, would you please be as kind as to give me back my harmonica. I would so much like to have it back."

  • lol verns ass got quit when his dude yeld back at her,she aint so tough now.and why would she tell them to get out(even thoug its her grave)when there suposed to be looking for her.
