While it's nice to see a pit bull type breed in protection training, it only contributes to disgracing the breed by teaching them to attack people, which is what they were bred not to do!

Quite impressive, especially to see our own American Staffordshire Terrier breed being used in Germany for the traditional "man work" of the German Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiller and other great German working breeds. I've heard that Airedales can also be very effective in this role but have yet to see one trained in protection work.

eine sehr schöne VPG-Vorführung, kann man leider nicht von jeder VPG-Prüfung sagen die mit den Schäferhunden gezeigt wird... habe es schon erlebt, das Schäferhunde durchgeknallt sind, habe soetwas noch nie mit Staffs gesehen...

It shows that these dogs are very good trainable, and are not agressive to humans at all!!

I really see a very friendly dog, who is just doin' what the boss tells him to, just like any other police dog.

Eccept police dogs often refuse to listen and attack the person or not let the sleeve go. But your dog is perfectly trained!

Go on like this, show them how great these dogs are, they are more trustable than many police dogs (shepherds)
