That is so true! As a younger woman, I was relatively pretty... and I've heard friends say that perfect strangers were badmouthing me. Now if anyone really knows me, I'm not a snob, and would NEVER hurt anyones feelings. I think that the small guestures we do without thinking can totally screw with other's perception of us.
