My son has SPD and SID and ASD with severe aggression.. his dr is putting him on respidal to stop the aggression.. He is 3. they tried to say he has ADDHD and i was so angry i said NO HE ISN"T adhd.. He also has severe speech delay he only says 20 words and only 5 of them are really understandable unless you aren't family.

Totally understand what you are going through. My son is in speech therapy. He started his therapy at 3 years old. What was causing his aggression is him not able to communicate his feelings using words and hitting and grabbing became his way of communication. He is 5 now and still continuing his speech therapy and oh do I see a big difference. Do not have the doctor put your son on any medication. A 3 year old brain is not full develop and medication can have reverse effect.

yes exactly, the atomatically wants to say its adhd or add and that my son needs meds, I believe that my son has spd, and or maybe add or even possible asd not sure but i will keep looking for a diagnoses and the help that my son needs
