But Yes! I have two reasons to think it could be true:

1.Mumbai attacks put Samjota Express incident (proved to be caused by India) out of the news.

2.How can 20 people enter to Mumbai via Sea? Man, your Navy was sleeping?

3.They came in while Indian Navy was sleeping, but how they passed with artillery within the city? Police and intelligence was sleeping too?

4.All India was sleeping, who (insider) helped them? And set the stage before/when they came.
