@madgodpim all I did eventually is get the windows steam on playonmac, then bought oblivion on that. It works fine, apart from crashing every hour :3 I Know how to install oblivion on playonmac with the disc, if you want me to write a tutorial or something just ask :)

I installed playonmac, and oblivion on it, but everytime i click play on the launcher, it says that the program has encountered a problem and must quit. Any tips?

@woodycoolas I have a similar problem. Mine says 'The Elder Scrolls 4 - Oblivion failed to run', then it opens the debugger options. I click 'show me the log file' and it reads: 'wine: cannot find ". Did you manage to sort your issue? thanks

Ok so i downloaded playonmac to my mac and installed everything that i needed for playformac to run properly but now how do i get the games installed in order to play them. do i have to download them from a certain cite or can i download them from anywhere like steam? or can i do it with the actual disk?

It's not the OSX version, PlayOnMac allows you to run Windows Games on Mac. It is a no consequences on performances, it's just because my laptop is a bit old for this game

Yes, I have Snow Leopard 10.6.4, with the first generation unibody macbook (NVidia 9400M) It should be better with newer cards
