But the problem everytime I plug it in it keeps saying functions do not work at this moment press yes or no to restart the phone then after that it says "Do not remove the USB cable until you have exited the application on your PC. @Sassy18196 The default application on the phone won't allow you to have a signature on text messages. You would need to do it manually at the end of every message. -Josh

I got my x10 on 5 december the next day it was broken i sent it back to SE they've made it but now i've my phone back and the buttons don't work anymore. they only work for 4 minutes but then they don't work anymore. after a few minutes the bottom three buttons don't work anymore and the buttons of the camera and the sound don't work either. please help me!!!!!!

At&t have given me mixed answers, some saying when on wi-fi i can use the browser, facebook, etc... for free, an some saying it just cuts it into a fraction of the data i would use without wi-fi.

If you have hardware problems, I suggest you exchange in the official store for a new one because you bought it just two months ago, you have warranty policy valid. It surprises me that you let it be for so long without doing anything about it.

I have this phone 2 months in ireland. Poor in call volume and its hard to hear incoming phone calls outside,if your lucky to hear it ring in the first place. Just poor really for basic phone functions,i bought it over the desire as it had a better camera, but i regret it now. its not a terrible phone,the screen is brilliant,great to view media. These apps are very pretty, but unfortunately the first thing anyone does upon getting a SEX10 is go to the Market and download some apps that are less annoying and actually let you organise e-mails and play media properly.
Having it for 2 days and love it.Once I downloaded free apps from androind store it rocks!

@crestapat3xa If you want to bring back the widget: Long press any empty space on the home screen and select the "Widgets" option. Scroll down to the Timescape option and select it. As long as there are 6 empty spaces on the home screen the widget will appear.

I did find an application in the Android™Market that played the same videos in full screen after I went into the settings.

But there is one problem
It loads up one to many apps in the background with out asking.
Widgets apps mostly.
This has me putting my phone on charge twice a day easy.
And i don,t used the phone as much as i did with my iphone 3gs.

My question is, do you HAVE to use timescape to view all your messages/ updates? For example, can you still view all your SMS messages normally like you would on a regular phone?

@Anijac1412 You do not, you can use the default applications for SMS, etc. You can also download other applications from the market of your choosing.

These apps are very pretty, but unfortunately the first thing anyone does upon getting a SEX10 is go to the Market and download some apps that are less annoying and actually let you organise e-mails and play media properly.

Having it for 2 days and love it.Once I downloaded free apps from androind store it rocks!
SE one tip..ppl complaining its too complicated device and that battery life is poor..tip: Writte in the box: Learn how to handle this beast..and few tips how to tame some apps and highlight there that user dont need all apps at one time. It is very easy to use once learned basics.

@crestapat3xa If you want to bring back the widget: Long press any empty space on the home screen and select the "Widgets" option. Scroll down to the Timescape option and select it. As long as there are 6 empty spaces on the home screen the widget will appear.

@Nishanth128 Hi, I tried to figure out how to play videos in full screen on my Xperia™X10a, but I didnt see the option. when I tapped on the video, it would get larger, but not as large as the display.
I did find an application in the Android™Market that played the same videos in full screen after I went into the settings.

the x1 was most flopped phone in the world i bought it just b/c of the advertisement and now this too! with no app and most messed up sync software its not the greatest choice! I with go with Iphone or nexus one.. if you can get it to work with android OS then i might think about x10

One thing i miss from the mediascape is the ability to create your own playlist, this should be fixed in an update. Otherwise it's a great phone.

@ErwinTheAfrican LAG issue my a@@......in april it will be 7 MONTHS since they announced it. and android OS has always been there. So they worked over 7 months on timescape. Htc would have made a total new phone from nothing during that time.
