That's the VCR he's recording through the VCR. He has the Xbox 360 plugged into the VCR and has the record button on.

Then he replayed it on his computer to record it into his computer for editing while this was happening the tape he was using was kind of scratched or something. This resulted in the VCR trying to focus and plus VCR's have this HiFi setting that tries to shove better sound into the same tape...

There's only more retarded things because there are actually like, things on it. The targets move about with automatics if that's what you're talking about, but they're meant to be super soldiers who would have unparalleled control with guns. Gears has only a bit to do but it's detailed whereas Halo has a lot to do on it but not as detailed in each aspect
