How do you make the pins on the blue circle so;perfectly aligned? is there a 'trick' or is it just precision work?

@karlkani231107 : Simple actually...Align one first... Duplicate it and then in the position property, enter the values with equal intervals. For eg : 250...300...350...400...450 etc as and how u want....
