This game was one of my favorite at the time. You could even get a tank. I remember just being happy to drive around multiple streets because before this you would have to stay on one road.

Damn I love this game!! For all it's flaws it's still so much fun to play. Dunno about 9 out of 10 though, I'd give it about 7........

I remember the hype around this game. They were selling it as the "Next Grand Theft Auto" so I bought it. Needless to say the gameplay is repetitive and the controls flat out stink. And there is no on foot action which is what makes it so bad in comparison to GTA. 5.5/10 This may be good for a collection but it's not worth the time to play it.
